Bulgur with turkey for CUCKOO 1054

Ingredients

Turkey breast (chicken) 700-800g.
Bulgur 350g.
Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Dill 1 beam
Salt pepper taste
Water 4 measuring cups

Cooking method

  • Grate onions and carrots on a coarse grater. Fry in vegetable oil. Oven mode 3 level 1 minute with the lid open.

  • Add chopped breast. Fry until the breast color changes.
