Bread from a mixture "Kornex Borodino" (bread maker)

Ingredients
yeast 1 tsp
wheat flour 175 gr
Kornex Borodino mix 45 gr
rye flour 65 gr
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
cumin 0.75 tsp
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1.5 tbsp. l
water 175 ml
Cooking method

Sprinkle yeast on the bottom of the bucket. Mix all types of flour and mixture and add salt, sugar, vegetable oil and water to the top of the bucket, you can milk. At the signal of cumin. You can do it all, AND you CAN divide and sprinkle the top with sweat.
Bread weight 475 gr. Delicious.
I also cooked Kornex rye-wheat. All the same, only the amount of rye flour was replaced with a mixture. The whole family is happy. And a very tasty mixture of 10 cereals. I advise. I do it in such portions, BECAUSE I bake every day to keep it fresh. We love the smell from the bread machine. Although it stays fresh for a very long time. And it pleases.

One day my daughter brought in several Kornex mixtures for a sample. I bought it in Auchan. Since then, I am simply in love with them and even forgave Ukraine for Crimea. The mixtures are wonderful. I've tried almost everything they make. The taste of the bread is amazing with a minimum of time. My wife really likes the "grain" daughter of "10 cereals" and that's all for me. I recommend trying not regret it.
Some additional tips.
1. Divide the mixtures in half (I hang them on the scales), otherwise for the first time I filled up the whole package (750 g) and there was also 450 g of water (grain) and my lid was already lifted, it turned out a lot. I now have a Panasonic SD-255.
2. Strictly follow all the recommendations that are written on the package. If water is written 540 gr. for 700 grams of mixture (10 cereals), so much and pour everything for them, otherwise I thought that I had reduced the water a lot and the bread did not quite work out. Do not put salt and sugar, everything is already there.
3. Trembling. They recommend 7 gram sachets. These are 2 plus scoops. Now, after gaining experience, I began to slightly reduce the amount of yeast, I have a fast French shiver. In the beginning, you can safely put as much as is written. Then, with experience, reduce by 30-40 percent. For each mixture, the amount is selected empirically.
4. Sunflower oil must be poured (I pour somewhere 2 tablespoons for half a portion), by the way, they don't say this on the packages, but with butter it turns out the bread tastes better.
5. Basic mode in the bread machine (4 hours)
