Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Salt pinch
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 50 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Sour cream 8 Art. l.
Soda 0.5 tsp
For filling:
Cottage cheese 300 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Egg whites 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Semolina 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1st = 250 ml
  • Dough:
  • Grind butter, sugar and eggs in a mixer, add flour, sour cream, salt and soda. Mix everything thoroughly. Roll a loaf of dough and cut into pieces. Roll a ball from each piece and form a cake.
  • Filling:
  • Combine cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, flour, proteins and semolina and mix thoroughly.
  • Put 1 tbsp on each cake. a spoonful of the filling, fold the edge of the cake so that most of the filling is covered with the dough. Do not join the edges - the filling will not leak!
  • Brush with raw yolk (+ water or milk).

Time for preparing:

15-20 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake in a preheated oven to 220 degrees.

I could not resist, I ate one, although it was evening. , Delicious!! The only thing, I used the store cottage cheese, from a pack - but I should have a market one, it tastes better , I will consider for the future.

And yet, it is not clear why my dough became so clumsy when baking? It feels like sugar is melting so ...

I did it according to your recipe, to be honest, I didn't like it. I would not put semolina and flour in the filling at all, the filling was cooked inside, how the dumplings turned out. And the dough is a little dry.
Today I will use a different recipe.
