Buckwheat meatballs with mushrooms

Ingredients

mushrooms (better than champignons) 700g
buckwheat 1 glass
Krasnodar sauce 5 tbsp. l,
bulb 2 pcs.
carrot 2 pcs.
salt, pepper, spices taste
vegetable oil
dill

Cooking method

  • Boil buckwheat. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan, add 1 cup of buckwheat. Salt a little water in a saucepan and put it on gas. When all the water has boiled away, buckwheat will be ready. After cooking, cover the pan with a lid, wrap the pan in a towel and leave for 10 minutes. It will be much tastier this way.
  • Rinse the mushrooms under water, remove the damaged parts, and then cut into small slices. Peel the onions and cut them into very small cubes. Grate carrots. Finely chop the washed greens. Now preheat the pan, pour the oil into it. In heated oil over medium heat, fry the onion until almost golden brown, add carrots. Then add mushrooms to it. Fry mushrooms with vegetables for about 15 minutes over high heat. Everything needs to be salted, pepper, and, if possible, add various spices. Add a little more salt and pepper if necessary to make the liquid (gravy) tasty. Leave to simmer for about 10-15 minutes. After that, the meatballs will be ready.
  • These meatballs are delicious and tender.
