Sugar 100 g
Milk 100 g
For lubrication:

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with 2 hours. l. sugar, pour into a bucket of HP. There are also milk, sour cream, egg, butter. Top with flour, starch, salt, sugar. "Dough" mode. When kneading, the bun will first smear along the bottom, do not rush to add flour. By the end of the batch, it should be smooth and elastic.
  • At this time, prepare the filling. Mix poppy seeds with sugar, pour milk so that only covers the poppy seeds. Cook until thick, stirring occasionally (15-20 minutes)
  • After a lapse of time, put the dough on the table, sprinkled with flour. Crumple, divide into parts (I have 11).

I add starch to butter and other dough instead of gluten. It gives a delicate layered crumb structure. If you do not put starch, it will not affect the taste.

Made with cream, milk was not found at home, sour cream was 15%,
