I added flour to the batch 1c. l., and everything else is exactly according to the recipe. When cutting, the dough squeaks like butter ... It seems that now, that's it!

I put the dough. The dough is ready. I divided it into 12 equal parts, somewhere around 75 g each, rolled it into ovals, after having greased the dough and the table with vegetable oil (I don’t want to add flour to make the dough softer), left it on the roost for about 30 minutes. Before baking, greased the bagels with vegetable oil on top. Baking also took 30 minutes. Taking it out of the oven, he smeared the bagels with sugar-coated water. In general, everything worked out, the bagels turned out to be the ones I wanted to bake, the only thing was that I put them too tightly on the baking sheet, and in appearance they look more like cakes, which were also sold at that unforgettable, nostalgic time. I did not turn off the oven, there are already 9 kopecks buns at the proofer. from the same era.

I kneaded the dough in the evening, after an hour of proofing, I rolled bagels with apple jam (which is cooked in the microwave, thick), let it stand in the refrigerator at night.
