Ingredients

Flour 125 g
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Butter 75 g
Sugar 100 g
Brown sugar 15 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Yolk 1 PC
Honey 1 tbsp. l
Lemon zest

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour with baking powder.
  • 2. Melt butter, honey.
  • 3. Whisk all liquid ingredients with sugar and zest.
  • 4. Add flour with baking powder, the dough will be very thin.
  • 5. Pour into a tight bag, cut off the tip and fill the molds 3/4 full.
  • 6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • 7. Preheat the oven to 180-200 С
  • 8. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • They are most delicious when they are still warm.

Of course, it can be done in muffin tins, I miss two of my special forms and I just pour into muffins.
Only need to pour about 1-1.5 cm in height.
And yes, it turns out like a biscuit, but a little rougher, due to honey - with some kind of gingerbread tint, a little sticky
