"Air" cottage cheese casserole in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients
eggs (separate yolks from whites) 5
sugar 2/3 stack.
semolina 1/2 stack.
kefir 1 stack.
cottage cheese 500gr.
baking powder 1 tsp.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Cooking method

Pour the semolina with kefir and leave to swell.
With a blender I mix cottage cheese, yolks, baking powder, vanilla sugar, manna-kefir mixture.
Beat the whites with sugar until soft peaks.
First add 1/3 of the proteins to the curd mixture, mix gently and then add the rest of the proteins.
"Baking" - 40 minutes, "heating" mode - 50 minutes, 10 minutes stand with the lid closed, then the lid can be opened and cooled. If you open it earlier, then the casserole will settle and will not be so airy.
Any fillers can be added.
Found this recipe on another site and tried it today. It turned out just wonderful !!! Therefore, I simply could not help but share with everyone. The eldest son said that he had never tasted such a wonderful casserole before.
