Ingredients

Pork carb or whatever you prefer.
Kiwi 1 piece
Champignon mushrooms
Potatoes
Bulb onions
Salt
Pepper
Cheese (any)

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into portioned steaks, beat off, grate with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, put a slice of kiwi on the meat, then fry the mushrooms and onions in a pan and put this mixture on the kiwi, rub the raw potatoes on a coarse grater on top, grease with mayonnaise and send it all put in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes. 5 minutes before, sprinkle generously with cheese.
