Elenta, here on the forum there are many excellent recipes, all proven, choose any one to your taste, and it doesn't have to be a recipe for Marusya, you can take recipes for any multicooker, just adapt it to your programs. In our Marusa, all the baked goods turn out great, apparently that your recipe with oatmeal is simply not suitable for multicooker at all.
Elenta
Lud-Mil @, I'll try zucchini casserole, unsubscribe ..... albeit not baking, but probably cake for the function or what casserole to use?
Now I looked at the recipes, and they are all with cheese, but I don't eat cheese. Yes, and sour cream too .... but without these components, it will all fall apart. I don't eat flour = in general, you get a watery slurry.
Lud-Mil @
Do you eat eggs? Then you can try adding eggs.
Elenta
There is one idea, I'll try. Yayki yes .... found a diet recipe after all.

For a long time I did not use Marusya and I can no longer remember how it was before. Now the display does not show anything at all, if the cartoon is not included in the network. Naturally, the clock does not show the correct time. It looks like it's time to replace the display battery. We'll have to disassemble it. Either I'll persuade my son, or trudge to the service ... somehow the most fearful a bit.
Lud-Mil @
I have Marusya quite recently, but the display stopped showing right away, you can see the battery was initially set to a bad one. But I don’t use the delay, even if it’s really necessary, I’ll put the second cartoon on hold, so I don’t care what the clock shows there. Moreover, in the new Marusia, the postponement is not set at the current time, but simply at a certain hour, so the watch is not relevant, I do not know why they were made at all. It is a pity that they did not think about the battery, they hid it so far, it would be better to place it in a more accessible place so that it can be replaced without disassembly.
Elenta
I had a period when the battery did not show, and then it began to show clearly, now it shows weak again.
In general, in the near future I want to buy a Philips air fryer ..... while I don't want to look for a replacement for Marusya .... and who has the second cartoon you bought? or that instead of multi (a good dog is a convenient thing)
===========
I cooked an omelet today, in general, it's not a fig, he didn't turn over from the bowl, I had to pick it up in the bowl myself, I have no idea how it turns over in others.
Lud-Mil @
I didn't even think about that - to look for a replacement for cartoons, for me they are indispensable helpers!
Today Marusya baked khachapuri for us (a recipe from Polaris's book of recipes).
🔗 🔗

Several days ago - Tsvetaevsky apple pie. For a long time I did not dare to bake it in a cartoon, but then I took a chance, and everything worked out, though I squeezed it a little when I took it out of the bowl, it’s very tender, but it didn’t affect the taste.

I also cooked pilaf.

I also cooked pilaf.

Which mode? Crust?
Lud-Mil @
No, I cook pilaf on Fast, I like to do it more on sensory programs. First, I fried meat and vegetables for Fry-Meat, then spices, rice, water and the Fast program.
A piece of dough remained from the khachapuri, I decided to check if Marusya could bake pies.

I made an omelette of eggs, milk in a cartoon, in general, turning it over to a saucepan did not work, I picked out the whole omelet from the pan and broke up and washed the bowl for a long time. In general, the omelettes in my cartoon stick and are not thrown into the stewpan. I made an omelet without butter. Still, I don't like the frying function, more often it is crust and steamed and fast cooking. But, of course, the bowl needs to be changed, with scratches it. But since I stew more, crust, steamed and soup and reheat and use it quickly, until I soar much .......I made meatballs from cabbage, but did not dare to do the cartoon, it turned out faster and more in a pan.
Lud-Mil @
Elenta, what kind of bowl do you have - ceramic or Teflon, and how long have you been using it? I bought a ceramic bowl from Marusya for my first Laretti multicooker, at first everything bounced off it well, over time it began to stick, but there is not a single scratch, I have been using this bowl for the seventh month, and very actively. As far as I understand, all ceramic pots begin to stick in two or three months, you can't get away from this, so I specially ordered a Teflon saucepan for baking, I will bake in it, and in ceramic pots to cook and simmer, the coating itself is in perfect condition, I think that will last a long time.
And I once made omelets a couple of times on the reheat.

and what kind of dark one comes in the kit?! ... now I want a little white one ..... I've created this Temko, what date there is to this day has not changed.
My friend seduced me to buy more, and then when she lost 15 kg = a very necessary thing in terms of proper nutrition.
I look at the girls at AF, I really want such a gadget; I have Marusya sometimes the lid opens, but in principle I am very happy, I make beans there very conveniently; also soups .... I asked yoghurts, but did not.
I will try to make an omelette on heating = I do not grease with butter. In principle, I like omelets on the stove. I often make an omelet on the stove, and vegetables, eggplants, zucchini in a cartoon.
Lud-Mil @
No, I had a white one in the kit (it is green on the outside), this is a pan with a ceramic coating, and the dark one is Teflon, I just ordered one for baking. But yours has served you well, has it been 2.5 years already? Not surprisingly, scratches have appeared and stick, it's time to replace it.
Lud-Mil @
Something I "felt sad" yesterday, decided to bake a pie for tea. Marusya has prepared this "Zebra" for me.

Plum pie.

🔗 🔗

Usually for such pies I make dough in the proportion of 4 eggs / glass of sugar / glass of flour, and here I recently read in one of the topics a recipe for a biscuit of 6 eggs with 1 glass of sugar and 1 tbsp. flour, I decided to try it. But I probably still had to make it according to my usual recipe, because the plums are very juicy, the cake turned out to be moist, although baked. Baked a full cycle, then turned it upside down and another 20 minutes.
Lud-Mil @
Baked like this buns, very tasty, but for some reason I can't get such lush and tall baked goods like others.

I liked this biscuit, does not fall off, dry enough. I think that you can use it as a base for different cakes, changing impregnations and creams. The cake on the photo was baked for 1 hour 10 minutes, as in the recipe. Today I missed the moment of turning off the multi, which resulted in one complete cycle and 10 minutes on heating. I decided not to start baking again, I opened it - the biscuit was absolutely ready, well baked, so one baking cycle is enough for our Marusa for this recipe.

Ladies, good evening.
I decided to join you on a sad occasion. Maroussia is my second year. Works well and often. But here the key is broken (or what to call it), which must be pressed to open it. Then it just stood up high together with the spring, I put it back, and now it broke in half, and finally it doesn't close.Today the lid was pressed down with a meat grinder. Wasn't that you? Does the service repair such breakdowns? Or buy a new one? I wouldn’t like it, I’m used to it already, good weight!
Lud-Mil @
Barbara, of course you can buy a new one, two multi is always better than one, but it's too early to write off Marusya. If you have not thrown away the key yet, then you can try to glue it with some kind of glue, or dichloroethane (it kind of adheres to the plastic), and then on the back side with something else to glue it along the entire length, strengthen it. Just the other day I read in some topic, I can't remember now which one - either on a multicooker ru in topics about marus, or here in the topic about Orion (this is practically a clone of our marus), someone told and showed, how we solved the problem with the pop-up key, there was a photo there, you need to fasten it with screws. I can also advise you to contact the service, perhaps they will pick up a new key there, or write to the official website in feedback, they may respond. Recently, one girl complained that she accidentally melted the valve from her multi on the stove, turned to the representative of the manufacturer of her multi, they sent her a new valve from there, maybe you will be lucky.
Lud-Mil @
I will not try the Pasta program in any way, several times already Marusya cooked macaroons for me, but all on other programs. And today, pasta with sausage on the Cook program.
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic - 2 cloves
Onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Pasta - 300 gr.
Water, salt, universal seasoning.
Sausages.
She poured some vegetable oil into a saucepan, threw in two finely chopped cloves of garlic, turned on Fry-Vegetables. After a minute or two, as the oil warmed up, I put chopped onions, then bell peppers, and carrots. Since I didn’t need a brown crust, I didn’t fry the vegetables, but stewed them slightly and turned off the frying program as soon as they acquired a pleasant golden color.

She poured pasta, poured hot water from a kettle, so that they were only slightly covered.

I put the sausages in the steaming container (pierce the shell with a fork), set it in the bowl, turned on the Cook-fish program, the default time. After the signal, I mixed the pasta, it turned out great - they didn't stick together, didn't digest, just right, as I like, aldente.

I ordered a Teflon saucepan specially for baking, received it today, immediately tested it, baked a cake.

The new saucepan more than met my expectations. And once again I want to say what a smart girl our Marusya is! I baked this cake earlier in the oven, the recipe was not for multicooker, I actually expected that it would not be baked in one cycle, and I would have to turn it on again, but everything turned out just fine the first time!
Lud-Mil @
Yesterday I baked a curd casserole. There was not much cottage cheese - 300 - 350 grams, so it turned out to be so low, but very tasty.

Baked today curd soufflé, delicious!
I did it in half a portion, because there was no semolina at home, but I really wanted the soufflé, so I decided to make a half portion for a test, so if it doesn't work out, there are not many products to translate. I replaced the semolina with flour and added half a tablespoon of cocoa. She stood for time according to the recipe, she was afraid that she would burn, she could hardly bear it so as not to open it ahead of time and see. When I took it out and cut it, it seemed that there was no airiness, but when I bit off a piece, I immediately realized that it was not so - it turned out to be a really soufflé, very tender and tasty.

Lyudochka, Thank you! I love to communicate on the basis of my hobbies, it's a pity that these two Temks are so "sleeping", but I do not lose hope ...
It's good that the Saturn theme is active, this is probably 50 percent and determined my choice in his favor, so that at least there was someone to talk to about this cartoon.

And about the curd soufflé, try to cook it exactly following the recipe, you will be pleasantly surprised. I have already prepared it many times, replacing kefir with sour cream + milk and thought that I got it awesome (and it was so), but when I prepared it without departing a step from the recipe, it was simple
Lud-Mil @
Yes, today it could have been cooked, but again I forgot to buy semolina, and now I’m too lazy to go to the store. But I tried to remember at work what I need from the products ... Now I wouldn't forget until tomorrow.

Oh, yes, I myself suffer from a disease called "a hole in my head,"
Elenta
Lyudmila I congratulate you Happy New Year The recipes are very simple, thank you very much for the photo and full report of the dishes.

---
By the way, I broke off the tongue on the top inner lid, but it doesn't seem to interfere with cooking in it. The battery starts to run down, it works only when the plug is on.
---
I wanted to see new gadgets now there is also a smokehouse and maybe something else, but I did not find anything about Marusya on the internet, do you know?
At one time I wanted an air fryer, it seemed like there was no need, but today a friend dissuaded me from the airfryer.

They began to list with her what is more convenient to cook on and what who is doing. Now on the ZP (healthy diet) I practically do not eat fatty and greasy foods; today at the function, the crust for 1 hour made the liver of beef and broccoli with onions and bell peppers in water and art. l butter - it turned out very tasty, but in time it took no more than 40-45 minutes. I'm cooking lentils for the soup function now at 1.20, I don't know what will come out.
In general, in the summer I cooked a lot of stewed eggplant with a chechvichka, the taste is not transferable, I also stuffed the eggplant with cabbage and a pig's heart - everything is on the stew function 2-2.30 ..... the only negative; everything fell apart when the eggplant was taken out (boat-boats) ... here I recently cooked mashed liver soup using the cooking function, it turned out to be insanely tasty.
In general, it's not that I buy a new gadge or some other new cartoon, so to speak, it’s a replacement - while this one is being repaired in the service.
Can you give any good advice or give an idea?
Buying a stove is a good thing, but for this you need to make some repairs, so you need to get out of the situation with small household appliances.
Thanks again for the baking!
Lud-Mil @
Elenta, Thank you! I also wish you a Happy New Year and all our like-minded multicookers!
As for the inner cover, it seems to me that many models have the same, I saw a very similar one on Brand's website, you can try to contact them, clarify the dimensions and order a new cover.
There is really very little information about Marusya, I have not seen any new products, therefore, if you want a new one, you will have to look from other manufacturers. I'm not yet ripe for the smokehouse, but I bought myself an inexpensive pressure cooker, I'm very happy.
And you in vain refused from the airfryer, he also cooks quite healthy food, fries without oil, on the contrary, excess fats are melted from the products.Just the other day I made myself a gift to NG, bought a small airfryer for 7 (10) liters, took it in order to blush the top crust on cartoon baked goods, but of course this did not stop, it became interesting, I will try different dishes in it (I have to, probably nevertheless open Temko about this kid). I’ve already browned the buns and bread that I baked in Marus, so I’ll meet NG and then I’ll post the results here, it seems that I’ll be preparing something else in Marus, and I’ll show you at the same time. Yesterday I baked chicken breast in it, it turned out just super, so juicy! Today I will bake a chicken in it for the New Year's table.
You look at Temka more often, tell us what you are cooking, otherwise it’s somehow sad here with us.

and you accidentally did not open topics on these two things in order to purposefully read.
Yesterday in the night I studied about cartoons, in general, until something madly liked.
But about the restoration, as it were, my own - a battery, a lid, a new bowl, a cracked glass - as if all this together did not fly out a pretty penny, because now you can cartoon and within 2-3 kp have a fairly updated ... so I while in thought .... and what is an Intersen pressure cooker, what is it for.

===
If there is a creative attitude, maybe I will post something with photos here.
Lud-Mil @
There was already a topic on the pressure cooker, very active, there the girls painted everything so well that I could not resist There she is. On airfryer there is a general section with recipes, in it there are several more topics about choosing an airfryer, about operation. I'm thinking of opening a separate topic about airfryer compact cars (in the plural, because they are absolutely identical from different manufacturers, like identical twins), but I don't know if this is necessary, I probably need to ask the administrators.
Yes, if there is so much in the cartoon that needs to be replaced, then it probably makes no sense to revive it, but on the other hand, it works well, a glass is nonsense, you can measure food with something else, the battery is not important to me at all, the lid is not is expensive, but the cup will cost more. But I still buy more cups for cartoons, it's just convenient when there is an extra cup. Although, if you already want a new cartoon, then of course you need to pamper yourself, then I would advise you to take a pressure cooker - you also need to get acquainted with this device, a good thing!
Elenta
And tell me please, in a pressure cooker or in our Marus where it is better to bake casseroles, in general I want to get hooked on baked goods next year - like maybe bread or casserole cakes. I didn't get a casserole in Marus, even at the beginning, it just simply did not fall out of the bowl. What can you say about the pressure cooker?
You know, but I don't find any analogues of our Marusya to be honest. so change the bowl unambiguously, and the rest in the process, I think so ..... leave it like for defrosting or beets, boil potatoes - for dirty work, so to speak, boil peas or beans
I also like pearl barley very much in it, on the stove it is worse at times, but in the cartoon it turns out simply gorgeous.
Lud-Mil @
I can't say anything about casseroles, I haven't tried them at all in a pressure cooker, and in Marus I only cooked cottage cheese, but I never had any problems with a marousin bowl - and everything popped out of a ceramic bowl well for the time being, but now it’s a Teflon one. I'm not overjoyed. You still need to buy a new one, apparently the kit was unsuccessful.
As for the pressure cooker - just beets, peas, beans in it are very convenient and quick to cook. I really liked the pea puree in the cartoon, and I like it even more in the pressure cooker because of the cooking speed, 30 minutes cooking time, plus a little more pressure to set-release pressure. So are the beets, beans. How do you cook barley? I also cooked it, but in another cartoon, it was very tasty.
Polaris 0512 is very similar in function to Marusya, they are outwardly twins.
Elenta
I soak the pearl barley overnight in a little water, and then cook steamed rice for 25 minutes on the function .... a masterpiece is obtained.
and then either eat it with vegetables, or as a side dish .... it happens in the morning with butter, I really liked it in this version.
Most importantly, I realized that I needed to update the bowl, but your white and black are significantly different, maybe I have two new ones at once?
OO in my case, a pressure cooker is a good idea.
I'll study Polaris.
By the way, I practically do not use the function of pasta and yogurt, as well as frying (very, very rarely) ... here I saw homemade cottage cheese, I just caught fire to experiment and baked milk in a cartoon.
Lud-Mil @
I also hardly use pasta, but I really like Yogurt and Fry, these programs work great. I make baked milk in another cartoon, where the stewing is more delicate, in Marus the milk escapes and boils away. I also tried it in a pressure cooker - it turns out faster, even, but the taste of the mullet melt is richer, maybe it was necessary to heat it a little longer in the pressure cooker too.
I wrote to you in a personal message about the bowls, did you get my message?

Lud-Mil @, here in vain you say that the topic is asleep. I read all the time, although I don't write.)))
I have problems with curd baked goods. Here is another constipation today. Do not bake, even crack. I can't understand what the matter is.
Lud-Mil @
Barbara, that's why I say "the topic is sleeping", that there is no communication, so you revived it a little now, otherwise I’m talking to myself.
I bake all kinds of pastries. Sometimes it happens that there is not enough time, then I turn on the second cycle and turn it off a little later, but this rarely happens. On the previous page, I showed both the casserole and the curd soufflé, everything was baked, the souffle only fell a little, but this is most likely because our Marusya is too hot for such baking. Do you only have cottage cheese casserole not baked, or are there problems with other recipes? And what was the recipe for the casserole? It seems to me that just the cottage cheese casserole cannot but bake, in it the eggs only need to grab, and the cottage cheese is already a finished product in itself.
kolobashka
No, the other baked goods are great, only the curd cheese never worked.
Lud-Mil @
