Patchouli, don't worry, you're not wrong about anything. I also have Maruchi, only 45 model and I really love my assistant. dopleta absolutely right, and if you have any questions ask.

dopleta, Joy, Thanks for the hospitality!

Today I used Marusya for the first time.

There was a recipe for vegetables with rice in the book. She took it.
I did something like this in Panasonic, but using a different technology. I always started by frying the onions first, then stewed them with carrots, and then I put everything else, including rice, and poured water over it.

In marus, it was proposed to lay everything in layers at once. The bottom layer in butter was onion. I decided to test it with her own recipe.
And he got fried!

What was my mistake, I did not understand.
But in the end it was difficult to mix everything, because the spoon was constantly stuck into the tightly fried onion so that the pan rotated inside the device.
And when I tried to pick up the bow itself, I realized that it was not worth it. He was even burnt.

Where I once read that Marusia sins with a strong heat, but I thought that maybe it seemed to a person.
And now I think that maybe they really differ in this.
But then you can't leave her - you have to seize the moment!
Straight became ashamed in front of almost retired Panasonic! He never allowed himself this!
In short, I was somehow upset even ...

Patchouli
Well, here's another disappointment - the milk porridge "ran away". I had to wash this bandura!
Nevushka
Patchouli, on what program did you make rice?
And what kind of porridge?

Rice in accelerated mode, as written in the book.
I got into a mess with porridge - I put it on cook.
And I had a lot of milk, they love me so much, and Panasonic has never been against it. Now I have to negotiate with Marusya somehow.

But she cooked chicken broth for me GORGEOUS !!!!!!
Clear and clean as a tear! And I myself, by the way, just cook chicken broth well and don't know how! Necessarily boils and becomes cloudy! And here is such beauty!

Maruska is not very friendly with milk porridge at all, they are usually cooked in soup mode and the edges are greased with butter, and as for the book, there are not very recipes, if the meat below is still normal, and the vegetables burn. I rarely use the fast mode, if I cook children's pilaf (without frying), then on cook, and normal on fast, but at the end I stir, or first I stew vegetables with meat, and then add rice to the cookie.
I also like to stew the meat first, and then to fry it - it turns out like the softest shish kebab, only the haze is not enough

I'm making pilaf in a pressure cooker now. Millet bastard everything from the result.
But I do not exclude the possibility that you will need to cook it in marus.
Therefore, I'm trying to try something.
Tomorrow I will again risk cooking the porridge, only on the correct mode, I will pour less little, well, and grease the edges with butter.
If I make friends with marusia and porridge, then I can remove Panasonic, because I only use it for cereals.
Otherwise I’ll litter the whole kitchen with my pots.

Oh, well, you must. I went to the official site of Marusya. Everything is exactly the opposite, as indicated in the characteristics on Yandex's Market. I was tortured with the choice. I wanted something arithmetic mean between price and quality. Panasonic is expensive, and reviews about it are not very good. What to buy then?

True, I have 45 Marusechka, and her power is less than that of the 47 model, and so she is wonderful with milk porridge. I cooked porridge and, greasing the pan with butter, and without greasing - nothing ran away. It is important not to overdo it with the volume of products.

Panasonic is a great device !!!
I have been using it for several years. Never let down.
Although it may be simpler with an abundance of newfangled devices with a rich set of functions. Only all these functions would be useful ...

Your friend is disappointed that she was not psychologically ready for a multicooker ... Yes, it is faster on the stove, but with full presence in the kitchen, and the cartoon allows you to download and forget in many cases (of course not always) ... It's like to compare washing in a washing machine-automatic and manual ... Hands are faster, but ... I think that now they rarely wash by hand ..

Teflon coating is never durable ... Panasonic is not such a bad coating ... And they scold him more often, because until recently there were no other multicooker on sale ... Now I have both Panasonic and Marucci 47 .. Panasonic is soon 2 years old and still nothing sticks to it, and Marusa is only half a year old and already sticks, although it is not scratched anywhere ... teflone ..
Patchouli
Three weeks of sluggish struggle and I'm ready to give up and just buy another, but big Panasonic!
I have Marusya 47:
1) DO NOT cook milk porridge in any mode with any tricks such as oiling the edges. Everything burns to the bottom, everything crawls out.
2) DOES NOT fry normally, but immediately burns to the bottom.
3) in any mode, the lid is very dirty, there is also a lot of condensation on the side walls.

The unit itself was already changed in the store, suggesting a malfunction in the electronics, but the second unit does the same thing.
Nevushka
Well, I don’t know, everything is cooked and fried for me. And milk porridge (rolled oats, rice, millet) and dairy-free (any) and without any lubrication ... traces on the lid are only if loaded to the eyeballs.
You are probably overloading it with food.

What do you mean overloading?
I have a two-liter Panasonic cooks much larger portions than this Marusya, but she has a 4-liter bowl!
And why then write that she has 4 liters. So they would write, in this bucket you can cook no more than 1 liter!
But by the way, I tried it differently! She does everything shit! Put at least a lot, at least a little!
In general, after the advice of the manufacturer to lubricate the edges with oil, I had to immediately abandon the purchase, but I read this information after the purchase.

And what and how do you cook in it on the frying mode? Here is a mysterious mode! I put the chicken drumsticks to fry - in a minute they were absolutely raw on one side and inside they were firmly fried to the pan with the other side. She ripped it off, turned it over, and a minute later did the same thing - they were tightly fried with the second side, and inside without changes - raw!

It seems to me that if the device is so smart, then it was worth giving detailed explanations for stupid users how to use it!
And if each dish needs to be cooked in several modes, then what is the point of such a device? I can also stand at a regular stove!

In general, after the advice of the manufacturer to lubricate the edges with oil, it was necessary to immediately abandon the purchase, but I read this information after the purchase. I personally add boiled water so that the bottom is flooded with water, but not much and I butt the oil there. True, I agree, it is welded, but not always, you need to adjust!

She tore it off, turned it over, after another minute the same thing - they were tightly fried with the second side, and inside without changes - raw!
I have used the frying function many times, it completely eliminates me, quickly tasty and with a crust. She made meat, sausages, potatoes, and chicken drumsticks. For example, I really like this function.
Here is the fact that everything accumulates on the lid, I agree, it's bad (I have to wash it often, and before that the topic of opening the lid was discussed. I know.
I have such a question I make a potato casserole with minced meat, but how to get it out of the bowl, everything falls apart for me, as you give it from the bowl ... yes, I grease it with butter, but they still do not jump straight out of the bowl, but fall out , can you advise something?

Yes, I do so, only I use a dish for casseroles, which in diameter coincides with the bowl (a photo of the dish in my first messages, this one with a blue lid). I read on the forum that you need to let it cool, and then turn it over, but what is cold, I don't understand? By the way, my casserole didn’t boil down to the bowl, but there is such a thing, I cooked it on "baking"

Another site has already used such a bowl. So far, the reviews are positive. They even say that baking is much better in this bowl. The bottom is corrugated, I think that's good. Here you can see the bowl in the video from all sides.

I just have an Italian saucepan with this coating. In general, it is pleasant to cook in it, nothing sticks, it washes at once. And although I have had the pan for a long time, I do not use it often, so I cannot talk about the durability of the coating.

I am also interested in the durability of the ceramic bowl. Or is it just another marketing ploy? The price of CF is not small!

Grypana

Girls, in Orion 4L! These are the same lapped exactly like Maruchi and La Kuchina. I would also get such an extra saucepan.

About yogurt: I cook from village milk, mogu and pasteurized. The process is the same. Boiled 1 liter, cooled to room temperature. Added Actimel natural, a jar. Stir well. At the bottom of the saucepan is a napkin. On top I put 3 jars with this "mixed milk". I pour a little warm water so that it is half the jars. She closed the lid. Incl. mode "Yogurt". 8 ocloc'k. The yogurt turns out to be thick!
Before using, I add something that I wanted today: sugar, berries, jam.
Elenta
Tell me! If I am cooking something and want to open the lid and turn / stir the food, how do you turn off the cartoon: on the cansel or it works in the same mode for you and you do not turn it off. The problem is that if you open the lid and press the cansel, then you have to set the time again, something got confused with this and with yogurt in Marusya, did anyone try to do this?
Then explain how the deferral works, I also did not figure it out, for example, I want to warm up the curd casserole by morning, how to do it?

Why are you turning off programs? They opened the lid, added what was needed, interfered and that's it. Do not press any buttons. During the cooking process, you can add everything, open the lid.
As for the yogurt, the method described above is excellent. Does your Marus have a Yoghurt mode?

Yesterday I bought Marusya RW-FZ47, today I cook pilaf
Elenta
I am now preparing chicken in adjika, for the function of fast cook. Someone cooked stuffed mushrooms with lentils. don't know which mode to choose?
Lud-Mil @
I will revive the topic a little, otherwise something is completely quiet here.
Most recently, I became the happy owner of the 47th Russified Marusya, I get to know her better, I play with the programs. I really like Baking (I can say that it was mainly because of her that I bought this cartoon), I baked Chocolate with boiling water, A very simple honey cake, an ordinary charlotte - everything works out great, it is baked in 50 minutes, I am very pleased!
I stewed cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, chicken liver in sour cream, I just made stewed vegetables, I tried to cook these dishes both on Stew and Soup (if you needed a short stew) - it's also good. I’m not saying that it’s great, because in comparison with my first cartoon, in Marus these modes are more active, I liked the way Laretti stews more, there is a very gentle stewing, it turns out tastier. Before stewing, I usually fry food - no complaints about Frying.
I also cooked pilaf on the Turbo program - everyone liked it, you can give Marusa an A for it.
And this is the result of today's experiments. On the fry, I fried vegetables, alternately folding, onions, carrots, bell peppers, zucchini (all 1 pc.), At the end I added 2 large grated tomatoes. I poured pasta, filled it with water so that the "tails" stick out, salted it, added ground black pepper and dried basil, and turned on Steaming fish. After that, I was distracted by other things when I remembered - everything was on heating for 15 minutes, but it apparently did only good - the pasta turned out just right, soft, but not sticky, not overcooked, just like I love.

Elenta, strange, but what exactly does not work, does not bake, or burns? I take the recipes here on the forum, I have already baked a Very simple honey cake, Chocolate on boiling water - it turned out great, it bakes in a cycle (50 minutes), no need to increase the time, turn it on again.

Yesterday baked Fast fruit pie
Everything according to the recipe, only alcohol was not added and more flour was not 1 glass, but a glass and a quarter. My eggs were small, so I put two, because of this, I had to add flour. Great quick everyday recipe, baked normally in one cycle. Chilled in a bowl. It was I who tested the new green bowl, otherwise it was already sticking in the old one, I almost did not cook in this cartoon. The bowl is still wonderful, let's see how long it lasts. Just in case, I bought two at once, since the price is small.

I rarely bake, very ... I tried herculean pudding on the function of sake, it was not baked at all, I had to make pancakes on the stove ... but I did it for a long time. And I bake so little there. I don't make omelets, everything is somehow on the stove. Interesting omelets with vegetables are more interesting ....
