Ingredients

500 gr of meat
1 - 2 onions
1 egg in minced meat
1-2 pieces of loaf (soaked in milk, cream)

Cooking method

  • Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped greens if desired.
  • Knead the minced meat well and beat off

  • Crackers:

  • 5 pieces of loaf, cut into small cubes and dry in the oven.

  • Beat 2 eggs separately, season with salt and pepper.

  • We form cutlets, dip them in an egg, then in breadcrumbs (slightly crushing the breadcrumbs into the minced meat), then again in the egg.
  • Put on a greased baking sheet and put in a well-preheated oven t 180 for 30 minutes.


Tanya-revushka
A very convenient recipe, cutlets can be formed in advance, and put in the oven when guests arrive. You don't have to warm up, cover up and engage in other cunning actions to guess over time.
