Ingredients

warm water 260 ml

salt 10 g
flour 500 g
sugar 5 g
fresh yeast 17.5 g

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water, add oil, salt, sugar, add flour, knead the dough.
  • Put in a warm place for 40 minutes.
  • The dough will increase a couple of times.
  • Weight about 800 grams, divided into 15 koloboks, let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Roll an oval cake out of the bun.

The recipe was taken from the site of delicious Czech food.

And to make them bigger, you can make 10 koloboks from this number of dough and roll large rogla.
