Braised mushrooms

Ingredients

Frozen mushrooms (honey agarics) 500g.
Onion 2 pcs.
A tomato 1 PC.
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Sour cream 100g.
Salt pepper taste
Parsley
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Defrost the mushrooms, drain the water.

  • Chop the onion, garlic and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add the chopped tomato and simmer for 10 minutes. Postpone.

  • In the same pan, simmer the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates completely (20-30 minutes).

  • Add the onion with tomato and sour cream to the mushrooms, mix, salt, pepper and simmer, stirring for another 10 minutes. Add the parsley at the very end (I forgot).

  • Delicious!
