Boiled Chocolate (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Flour 2 st
Sugar 2 st
Cocoa 6 tbsp. l.
Egg 2 pcs
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Milk 1 st
Vegetable oil 1 \ 2 st
Boiling water 1 st
Soda 1.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix all. At the very end, add 1 cup boiling water / straight from the stove /. Stir and pour immediately into the mold. The dough will become VERY thin - no need to get scared, it should be so.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, oven level 2 (1 cm inside the center is not baked, which means you need either 55-60 minutes or level 3)
  • Boiled Chocolate (Cuckoo 1054)

Time for preparing:

about an hour

Note

At the request, baked a Cake on boiling water. To be honest, something went wrong with me this morning .... the dough turned out to be lumps .... and it is written not to interfere with a mixer, well, I just poured it out.

But it turned out well !! True, and the cream is not entirely clear ... I crumbled marshmallows into sour cream and whipped ... it also somehow turned out strangely and again in lumps ... but decided to put it anyway ...

For a long time I was going to try "Chocolate on boiling water" in cookie 1054. Here, I did!
On the recommendation of Zvezda, at first I put 40 minutes on the third level, but then I felt that it was burning (you can see it in the photo). Then, after 20 minutes, I moved it to level 2 and baked it. It was baked well, the crust is a little hard, apparently it was necessary after all for 2 ovens, and time was added. Didn't decorate in any way, just made for tea.
Asterisk, thanks! When I was Panasonic, it didn't work out, it was like plasticine, but with a cookie - great. Although, this most likely depends not on the multi, but on the hostess ...

The last time I did 1 hour on level 1, but I left it on heating, though I don't remember how long, somewhere around 30-40 minutes ... but it turned out just super
Galinka-Malinka
HURRAH ! Happened ! 1 hour and 30 minutes in Oven mode, first level.
Cream:
a pack of cottage cheese, 1 glass of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 300 ml. cream.
Grind the cottage cheese with sugar "leg" from the Blender, pour in the cream and beat with a broom.
I made a lot of cream from cottage cheese pounded with cream and the top floated away, but the taste is mmmmmmmmmmmm.

GalinkaMalinkaHave you baked for 1 hour and 30 minutes? Or did you bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes on a preheat?
I want to try baking, but I doubt the time. I don't know how much to put on 1 hour or 1 hour 30.

This topic has already been open for a long time. And this delicious cake was discussed here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=12826.0

Cook I baked in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. And on heating did not keep Stavte at all for 1 hour 30 minutes

I put it on for 1 hour. There were 4 minutes left, I turned off the OVEN program. It seemed that the biscuit was burning. Now it is cooling down. I'll take it out, cut it and write it.

Cook See how it will be. I had like sticky plasticine inside after 1 hour. I threw out 2 cakes because it was impossible to eat. When you cut it, he reaches for the knife.

It was baked in 55 minutes. Very tanned came out. In general, I have a suspicion that my saucepan is being cooked very strongly.

Here's how I got my cake:

I'm glad I turned out so handsome !!!!!! Now I bake everything on level 1 and let it cool right in the MV !!!!!! And if something burns (this also applies to the oven), then I learned to get rid of it with just a grater (I have a hand one, that is, on a handle), I just wipe the burnt places with it !!!!!!!
Cook

I want to try baking in the oven at the first temperature level. How much time do you bet at this level? Will it be baked in an hour?
zvezda
Yes, but I don't open it until it cools down ...

I crumbled marshmallows into sour cream and whipped them ... it also somehow turned out strangely and again in lumps ...

From here it is possible in more detail? Proportions and% sour cream? And then I also tried, but as a result I had to add gelatin
zvezda

Well, I haven't reached my marshmallow yet - I can't buy all the agar. I am still buying at Narodnoye. And sour cream 33-35% is understandable.
And the marshmallow itself will disperse in sour cream for 2 hours, although I did not try to dissolve it in whipped. And if you beat it after soaking, it will probably work too?

friends, tell me plz why the biscuit didn't work out on the "BISQUIT" program? I baked this cake for the first time, but I did not see this topic, the biscuit had to be thrown away and now I am wondering why this program is, if the biscuit was not baked in it at all (inside the dough remained intact) Maybe because of the large volume downloadable test?

The biscuit on this program is not high and not as high as we would like, curd casseroles turn out well. Why is this program - we break our heads ourselves.

Girls, do you need to grease the saucepan?
tatulja12
Tat_yanka, yes, the saucepan must be greased.

Nothing terrible, let it cool down a little in the bowl, it's non-stick, so it should be okay. I often do not lubricate at all and do not use oil.

It will fall out as cute, there is a lot of oil in it! Just do as the previous speaker said:

Hehe, girls! I also thought that there was a lot of oil in it and did not grease it, but then I asked you and was afraid that I would ruin the saucepan. I pulled it out after 1 hour 20 minutes, turned the saucepan over (I thought that it would stick and let it cool upside down), and then it would pop out. In short, one side with a dent remained. Before turning the saucepan over, I pierced it with a skewer and baked it. And in the morning I cut off the top, and it is so dense ....: pardon: as if not baked. You should have let him lie there to cool down, right?
It is also a pity that the shape of the saucepan is such that such a biscuit will not go for the cake.
zvezda
I generally cool it down in a bowl: girl_skakalka: yes, and somehow adapted to the form: girl_skakalka: even interesting ..... unusual !!!
