Dark beer

Kefir
aged 3-4 days
100 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Yeast
if there is yeast in the beer - reduce
1.5 tsp.
Instant coffee 2 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Baked on the third program (Kenwood 256) for rye bread, dark crust, 1 kg
  • Flour names are given for Israel
  • I always sift flour.
  • For the first time, the bun came out pretty cool.

And the last, since the dough does not increase in volume too much, before the last rise it would be good to distribute the bun evenly over the bucket. The loaf will come out more beautiful.

Recently I found a recipe for wheat rye bread on the Internet, baked it and everything worked out right away. The bread is delicious. 0.5 kg loaf scattered over the evening, even in the morning it was not left. Now I'm baking for the fourth time.
