Oat pancakes with whey

Ingredients

Curd serum 800 ml.
Oatmeal 160 grams
Wheat flour 150 grams
eggs 3 pcs.
Butter 30 grams
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Butter for greasing ready-made pancakes

Cooking method

  • We heat the whey, dissolve salt, sugar, butter in it.
  • Add flour (mix), eggs (mix), yeast - mix everything thoroughly again.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, let the dough rise, and the dough will foam well. It is advisable to let the dough rise twice, stir after each rise, and start baking the pancakes.
  • We heat the pan strongly, grease it with oil (with a brush) and pour 1-1.5 small dough ladles into the pan, evenly distributing it over the pan. I fry pancakes on both sides until blush.
  • Put the finished pancakes on a plate, grease with butter.

Note

Oatmeal can be substituted for oat flour

Pancakes from oatmeal dough will not be very thin, but they turn out in an openwork mesh!
