Chicken in sweet and sour sauce in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Chicken (thigh, drumstick) 800 g
Big green apple 1 PC.
Rast. oil
Salt
Sauce: mix
Mustard 2 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Ketchup 2 tbsp. l.
Honey 1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Salt the chicken to taste,
  • quickly fry on both sides on a rast. butter until crusty.
  • I do it in a frying pan (If in a multicooker, then in baking mode)
  • Put everything in a slow cooker, add the peeled and diced apple.
  • Pour sauce over everything.
  • Or "Pilaf" - until the signal. (the sauce is thicker).
  • All!
