Ingredients

Wheat flour 230 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg with salt and sugar, add softened butter and all other ingredients except sweets. Leave the dough for half an hour in a cold curing oven, then roll it out in a thin layer, no more than 3 mm. Cut out cookies with holes with two molds, and put crushed candies in the holes. We crush the lollipops right in the candy wrappers, hitting them a couple of times with something heavy, but in no case bringing them to the state of flour, otherwise the lollipops will burn out in the oven, and the dough will not be baked yet.
  • We bake on paper at a temperature of 200 * C for no more than 10 minutes. As soon as the lollipops have boiled, take out and cool right on the baking sheet.
