Meringue cake with hazelnuts

Ingredients

Meringue:
Protein 4 things.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Crushed nuts 1/2 tbsp.
Lemon acid on the tip of a knife
Cream:
Sour cream 30% 400 gr.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Condensed milk 3 tbsp. l.
Chocolate tastes white black 150-200 gr.

Cooking method

  • Meringue:
  • Beat the whites, gradually add sugar, lim. acid. At the very end, carefully introduce crushed nuts. I made 3 ovals from parchment paper and spread meringues on them and baked.
  • When the cakes are cool, grease them on both sides with melted chocolate.

  • Beat the sour cream well with sugar and condensed milk until an airy creamy state.
  • Grease each cake with cream.

Note

I got used to using sour cream instead of cream, I really like Blagoda 30%, it whips perfectly. And with natural cream I somehow did not grow together, well, they do not whip with me.
