Cupcake Sverdlovsky

Ingredients

flour 200 g
butter or margarine 130 g
sugar 110 g
condensed milk 85 g
egg 2 pcs
baking powder 0.5-1 tsp
vanilla sugar
salt
raisins 130 g
sweet wine 1 dec. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Whisk butter at room temperature with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Continuing to beat, pour in condensed milk, add eggs one by one. Add flour mixed with baking powder to the resulting creamy mass. Add raisins (I didn't add) and wine (I had baileys liqueur). Bake at 170C for about an hour (my cake in the form of 23 * 23 was baked in 40 minutes).

  • In the original, it is proposed to pour the syrup on the cake - 60g of sugar + 25g of water, put on high heat. As it boils and the sugar dissolves - cook for about a minute. Cool for 5-7 minutes and pour over the cake.

But it worked out. True, I accidentally put on a dark crust and it was slightly "tanned", but that was not the main thing. The main thing is the same taste. My husband even said that my cupcake is better. Of course, he was fresh, still lukewarm. I didn't even have time to take a picture - they ate it. Now I'm baking the second.
