Chicken liver soufflé

Ingredients

Chicken liver 500g.
Boiled rice (replaced with rice flour) 2st. l.
Parsley 1 bundle
Salt pepper taste
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Beat everything in a mixer until smooth.

  • Divide the finished mixture into oiled muffin tins.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 20-25 minutes.

  • Serve with any vegetable side dish or sour cream.

  • Delicious!!!
