Raspberry pie

Ingredients

Raspberries (fresh or frozen) 300 g
Flour 170 g
Brown sugar 1 tbsp.
Butter 60 g
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream 100 g
Allspice peas 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Raspberry squares

  • If the raspberries are frozen, defrost them first and drain the juice.
  • Crush allspice and vanilla sugar in a mortar as fine as possible.
  • Sift flour with salt, add sugar, mix, put butter, cut into small pieces. Grind everything to a state of crumbs.
  • Separate 1 heaped glass of the resulting mixture, pour into a rectangular baking dish and smooth with your hands, pressing slightly.
  • Add baking powder, sour cream, egg slightly beaten with a fork and allspice with vanilla sugar to the remaining flour mixture. To stir thoroughly. Add berries and mix gently again.
  • Place the resulting mixture in a mold on top of the first layer.
  • Allow the cake to cool slightly in the tin, then cut into squares and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

The dish is designed for

6-8 pcs.

Time for preparing:

35-40 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees

Recipe from the magazine "Gastronom" (June 2010), only there with blueberries.
I baked this cake several times already, but now I added allspice for the first time - it was delicious, it became even tastier.
Warm squares can be served with vanilla ice cream - great.
