Ingredients

Dough:
Milk 250 g
Melted butter 150 g
Wheat flour 600 BC
Fresh yeast 20 g (or 1 pack of dry yeast)
Sugar 75 g
Egg 1 PC.
Fat cottage cheese (I have 9% dry cottage cheese "Prostokvashino") 250 g
Zest of 1 lemon (not put)
Sprinkling:
Frozen butter 80 g
Vanilla sugar 2 p.
Sugar 150 g

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with 2 hours. l. sugar, pour into warmed milk. Leave on for 20 minutes.
  • Then pour the mixture into the HP bucket. Melted butter, egg, cottage cheese, lemon zest are also there. Top with sugar, half flour. Dough mode. When the mass becomes homogeneous, pour out the second part of the flour. The dough should gather into a bun.
  • Since such a volume of dough for my HP is very large, after it gathered into a bun, I pulled it out of the HP, divided it into 2 parts. And for each part separately, I once again included kneading on the Dough program.
  • Next, combine the dough, put in a large saucepan, cover with foil and put in a warm place for 1 hour. I put it in the oven with the light on and a pot of hot water.
  • Then put the dough on a baking sheet covered with paper and greased with vegetable oil. Spread the dough over the entire area with your hands.
  • Make indentations with your finger:

  • Rub butter on top and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and vanilla sugar:
