high mode

Note

This roast is a wonderful dish for every day.
I cooked it overnight in a slow cooker for 10 hours on HEAT.

Very convenient, in the evening I laid the food, in the morning everything is ready.

Especially for those hostesses who leave for work for a long time, do not be afraid to leave the slow cooker for a long time, the HEAT mode cooks well.

About the taste - Quince gave the aroma that apples give to the bird. Very aromatic. But she added sourness, and I had to add sugar to touch it up.
I don't know, maybe my quince was not ripe?
This year, for the first time, I cook dishes with quince.
And the consistency of the roast is super! thick as I like.

Aha, and if you remove the tomato from all this, and instead put multi-colored beans, chickpeas, raw washed eggs, onions, garlic, spices and stuffed intestines, you get a real Jewish hamin (or cholent)

and I did the cholent, though with the photos something didn’t come out

Depending on the size of the slow cooker, it is possible not for one day, but at least for a couple of days
By the way, I'm too lazy to take a picture. Probably that's why it's lazy to post recipes to me
