Cottage cheese-apple pie

Ingredients

Dough
Flour 200 g
Baking powder on the tip of a knife
Sugar 60 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Butter 120 g
Eggs 1 PC.
Filling
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 100 g
Lemon essence 10 drops
Mixture 40 g
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Cottage cheese 18% fat 500 g
Apples (large) 3 pcs.
Almond petals 40 g

Cooking method

  • For the dough, mix flour with baking powder, add sugar, lemon juice, butter cut into pieces. We cut everything into crumbs. Add the egg. Knead the dough well (but quickly). We line a mold with a diameter of 26 cm with dough, while making a low side. We put the form with the dough in the refrigerator.
  • For the filling, grind eggs with sugar, add essence, "Curd" mixture, lemon juice and beat everything well. After that, crumble and mix in the cottage cheese (if the cottage cheese is wet, you need to put it under oppression so that the excess liquid comes out).
  • Wash the apples, peel, cut into quarters, core and cut into large cubes. We take out the form with the dough from the refrigerator and fill it with curd mass. Put apples on top and sprinkle everything with almond "petals".

Time for preparing:

We bake the cake for 70 minutes.

Cooking program:

We heat the oven to 190 C.

The pie is delicious. Delightful curd filling-souffle, sweet and sour apple cubes, lemon and almond aroma.
