Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 400g.
Milk 250g.
Fresh yeast 15g.
Vegetable oil 50g.
Salt 1.5h l.
Sugar 2h l.
Filling:
Pitted olives 100g.
Thyme, black pepper, red pepper by a pinch
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar. Pour HP into a bucket. There is also milk and butter. Top with flour, salt. "Dough" mode (1.5 hours)
  • After some time, put the dough on the table (no flour, the dough does not stick). Roll out the dough 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with seasoning, divide the olives, cut into 4 parts:
  • Buns "Curls with olives" (Zeytinli dolama)
  • Roll the dough with a roll on the large side and cut into circles, 4-5 cm thick (I got 11 pieces):
  • Buns "Curls with olives" (Zeytinli dolama)
  • Then pinch each round on one side and straighten, giving the shape of a circle on the other
  • Place the pinched side down on a lined baking sheet.

  • Cover with a towel and place on the stove for 30 minutes. Turn on the oven for heating at 200C.
  • Brush with egg before baking. Bake 20 minutes until golden brown.
