Maybe someone faced the same problem - recipes for 1 and 1.5 pounds, the translation is creepy, the size of the loaves on the bread machine is 450 and 680g. I actually applied the recipes for Saturn ST-EC7773, but also with bills, since the sizes of bread are different in recipes and in the oven.
Vermouth
I have a Saturn ST-EC8770, 680 and 910 grams.
But the recipes, thank God, are by grams.

I have Saturn ST-EC 7774. I baked bread three times according to the instructions and each time bread for birds. I was very upset.
And then I found this site! Here I choose any recipe that I like. I delight my family every day with new bread and I myself get a lot of positive from this process. Bake bread for me to rest!
And I threw away the recipes from X \ P!

Thank you, I am slowly sorting out the method of "scientific poke". It's good when you can find decent recipes on the net, maybe I'll do something myself

Similar .. Bought .. decay forged - does not match. BUT decided to make according to the recipes in the book. Loaded .. Enabled ... I'm waiting for what happens ..

And in general, if we discard the "crooked recipes", then the good ones for this model? Are there any complaints?
I'm looking for a c / n for the dacha, I would like to be inexpensive, but the price (on an Internet) for data c / n pleases.

I have no complaints about my X / P
He bakes a variety of bread, kneads the dough, the coating in a bucket after a year of operation is like new.
If I bought another C / P, I would take a bigger one with a form, sometimes I have to bake a very large loaf.

The question of buying a new HP has ripened.
In my Kenwood 210, a bucket was covered, I haven't searched for it yet. I decided to buy a new bread maker, and an inexpensive one, since baking breads in the oven and HP are needed mainly only for kneading dough. In the store I saw Saturns. Satisfied for the price. I looked into this topic to read how the people speak about them, and there are very few messages here and the last one for the month of March.
Maybe in six months someone else became the owner of the HP of this company or the owners of the Saturns can tell them whether they are satisfied with these bread machines?
The store has a Saturn ST-EC8770 in stock, but I did not think to look inside, that is, I want to have one stirrer. Interested in models where bread for 900 g.
Girls and boys, who have such a share, are you satisfied or not? I am happy to read about other models of this company.
Julia V
Since my Mulya is constantly under warranty repairs, I had to think about another HP. And since Mulya with baguettes is not so cheap, she decided to buy a second HP cheaper. I bought a Saturn Miranda, a stainless steel case. For our family, the bucket is not enough, in other models of Saturn the bucket is larger, but I bought into the fact that you can buy a round bucket for it, and it was before Easter. I still don't see round buckets anywhere by the way. The bread bakes well, the top is quite rosy, compared to Moulinex. But the Basic program is only 3 hours, and in Mule 3.20 like. The bucket is like new so far, the mixer remains in the bucket, which suits me, there are no huge holes. 2 year warranty. But now she kneads the dough on dumplings with great difficulty, it can be seen that Mulya is more powerful. For yeast dough for buns, for example, a bucket is not enough, but now I knead the dough into pies and put in the refrigerator overnight. In general, HP is of high quality at Saturn, I advise. But their vacuum cleaners are tin.
LLika
In my kenwood 210 (985 g baked goods), the bun dough always rose so that it rested against the window and lifted the HP lid.Although bread never went so high.
Thank you Julia V, I will wait for more answers, and on Monday I will go to the store and feel everything
Julia V
But ST-EC8771 Ophelia is an interesting model, I saw it on their website now, I would take one for myself, it is a little more powerful, it should knead the dough well.
LLika
It has two kneaders, I want one. In my bucket, it was he who broke. At first, it started to flow, so I had to change the product tab. Then the clip broke, my husband made a new one and it also broke, the whole canoe with a stirrer, an oil seal, a holder falls out, getting a bucket with a hole, I'm tired of this torment: collect and disassemble.
And two kneaders scare me. suddenly one will cover, and the other will not - kneading the dough one-sidedly.
Freesia
I also have Saturn Miranda 7774. Bread for 980 grams. 1.5 years have passed since the purchase and I am still satisfied. If you are interested in the "Dough" program, then in this model it lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and is intended for yeast dough. I'm sorry to knead dumplings in it, the dough is still cool. I bake a lot, put it in a bucket, there is enough space for the dough, goes up to the very top, resting against the window. I didn’t see round buckets either, but then it turned out that it was not needed either.
Julia V
My friends also have HP Saturn, Leda and Dione, in my opinion, so they also praise. They bought it on my advice and so far there are no complaints. And Miranda loaves weigh 680 and 910 grams.

Hello! I want to buy a bread maker, I looked after Saturn ST-EC7774 or Saturn ST-EC7772. Should you buy it? I found very few reviews. I can't find instructions for these breads to understand the difference between them. Help please, can any of you use this?

Saturn ST-EC7772
615 W, 750-900 g. Electronic control with large LCD display and backlight. Automatic resumption of work in the event of a power outage. 12 digital cooking programs including Home - Made. Keeping warm function for 60 min. Tempered glass control panel. The ability to control the degree of browning of the crust - light, medium and dark. Dishwasher-safe non-stick baking sheet and kneader blades. Measuring cup and measuring spoon. Removable bread pan.

Saturn ST-EC7774
Breadmaker 650 W, 900-1100g. 12 digital automatically programmed programs. Large backlit LCD display. Stainless steel body. Plastic top cover with wide tempered glass viewing window. Programmable timer with a delay of 13 hours. Keeping warm function for 60 min. The ability to bake bread in two forms. Control of the degree of browning of the crust. Bread tray and kneading paddles with non-stick coating.
How many shovels do they have? Does the Saturn ST-EC7774 have a self-tuning program? Would you buy it again?
Thank you very much for your reply.
Freesia
nata575757 , in 7774 one scoop for kneading dough. All programs are automatic, it's enough for me, I use 3 programs out of 12. I like the HP both in terms of functions and design.
LLika
I'll also copy the info here, maybe someone will come in handy

There are three in stock just from the store - Saturn ST-EC7773, Saturn ST-EC7774 and Saturn ST-EC8770.
Saturn ST-EC7773 - 600 W, 12 programs. I thought there was a loaf in it like a brick (it looked like a bread machine), but there is just a block with electronics on the right, so it is oblong.
Saturn ST-EC7774 - 650 W, 12 programs, bread weight (written on the case) 750, 900 grams, price 689 UAH.

Saturn ST-EC8770 - 600 W, 12 programs, bread weight 750, 900 g, price 549 UAH.
For all these HP - the loaf will be in the form of a square bead, not a brick

Saturn ST-EC7774 is more expensive for Saturn ST-EC8770 (according to the seller) due to W and due to stainless steel on the case

If you are interested in something else - ask
vadim
I climbed almost everything on budget HP. I looked through the pictures and characteristics. The choice fell on the ST-EC8770. Loved the design + carry handle. The square loaf is a little confusing. Thinking again, what to do, what to do?

How much is happiness? If for a couple of thousand, then a square bucket is only a plus. Rye dough will interfere more easily.
vadim
Thank you Vanya for your prompt reply. I would very much like to get impressions of the ST-EC8770 from Vermouth, I do not know how to write in a personal message.

Dear topic author! Since the owners of Saturns of different brands gather here, I propose to exclude the brand from the title of the topic. Leave Saturn only. Perhaps it? Dear Saturn Owners! Where is your activity? Where are your bread masterpieces? Where are the joys or sorrows from the possession of Saturn? Our neighbors in the forum are already riveting the 20th page, and we, with our number of Saturn marks, barely passed to the 2nd. Let's talk together on the topic "Saturn Bread Maker"! People! Ayuuuuuuuuuuu! Where are you?? I already ordered, I will somersault one. Make it worse for me.

Bought Saturn ST-EC7774 a month ago. I did not use my own recipes. Found several forums and tried their recipes. There have been no misfires yet. The stove works great. No complaints. The lack of a dispenser is not a problem. Everything else is up to par. To be honest, I didn't expect it. I bake every day. I hope this stove will last for a long time.
Sergunka
Bought Saturn ST-EC7774 yesterday. The first try was "Italian bread" from Admin (many thanks to her for the detailed description of the baking stages) from the topic where everything is painted to the smallest detail. The bread turned out to be perfect in shape and crumb. I did not count the ingredients by weight (750g minimum) for my bread machine, so the top crust is slightly lighter than the sides.
Unfortunately I didn't take a photo, they ate it. The first impression of the stove is only positive. The bread weighed 678 grams. according to this recipe and is somewhat sweet for my taste. Today I will try to bake "Sweet bread with raisins" from the same site.
mayya
Hello everybody! Congratulations on the May Day holidays.
I have a problem. Children gave me HP Saturn ST-ES7773 for my birthday. Three times she baked bread and everything went past the cash register, it hurt to tears. Friends said that dry yeast is not suitable, I bought ordinary yeast. It still doesn't work. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Tell me.
Sergunka
I'll try to help. Did the bread turn out to be edible, but irregular, or not an edible pancake? What was the recipe for baking? What kind of yeast is the name (there is yeast that must be presoaked by taking a little water from the recipe). If baked according to recipes from a bread machine, there are mistakes. How were the ingredients measured? Did you forget to insert the stirrer? Within 1 hour, when the dough is being kneaded in the oven, you can and should look in to control the quality of the batch and the bun. Try to bake bread according to the recommendations from Admin (it turns out perfect), the recommendations are here -

mayya
Thank you! I will definitely try.
According to the cotton recipe, Borodinsky bread was ideally made from a mixture and dry Lviv yeast. The rest of the recipes had to be adjusted. I have already baked white bread several times according to the recipe of friends, I use not measuring glasses of a bread machine, but scales.
Sergunka
I use only Lviv yeast (dry). The scale is very good for bread, and there will always be an adjustment for your own flour, write down all the adjustments and then you can bake on the machine. While my sweet bread is bad, it looks more like a cake, I can't adjust the recipe to my taste, so that it's both sweet and fluffy.

Hello to all Saturns!
As a saturn breeder with two years of experience, I can advise:
- If you have already reached this forum, throw it out with a clear conscience
a booklet with recipes from the kit.
- Do not be discouraged that there are not enough recipes just for your "Saturn ST-EC77 ##", etc.
Take a look, for example, in the branch to "Alaska" - this is the same model, but with a different name.
When you get a little familiar with the shaitan machine, you will understand that 99% of the recipes from this forum you
perfect.Pay attention to the total weight, and count if anything.

P / S: Dough baked goods in a new oven. Bookmark products according to the recipe from the old "Saturn".
It seems like nothing broke and burned

Hello everybody! The day before yesterday I bought a Saturn ST-EC8771, I was already baking regular bread, French and butter with raisins according to the recipe book from HP. Everything worked out!!!!!!!!! I read the recipes on the site, we will try!
Natusichka
Good afternoon everyone! The day before yesterday I bought my daughter cotton Saturn ST-EC8771 Ophelia, my daughter baked bread (small) and made dough for dumplings yesterday, showed bread on skype - I really liked it. The daughter says that it was baked very well, evenly. Baked according to the "French" recipe (according to the instructions for the "LG"), only reduced the amount of sugar and yeast. The cut is very beautiful, with uniform holes. And the dough for dumplings turned out to be good. We are all very happy, especially considering the price of cotton - 416 UAH!

Only I have one question: what is this "Sandwich" program? What should be done on it?
andron68
"Sandwich" - sandwich / toast bread.
Natusichka
andron68! Thank you very much for your answer. But in the recipes there is no such option ... Do you, by any chance, know?
Do you have the same x / n? If yes, then, if not difficult, please write what you like best from the recipes.
3aponka
On the SANDWICH program, I just bake according to the recipes of an ordinary bread, everything turns out to be airy, tender and without a fried crust - so that you don't have to strain yourself when cutting a loaf for sandwiches.
Natusichka
Here I will show you what kind of bread is obtained in x / p "Saturn", yesterday dotsya baked:

🔗 this is the bottom, the agitators jumped out by themselves.

And the cut:

To be honest, for such a price it's just a miracle! The bread tastes the same as mine in LG, but mine costs 4 times more!
And the dough Saturn makes great!
Vizko
Good day!
a de Vie kupuvali x / p Saturn ST-EC8771 Ophelia - 416 UAH!

Natusichka
Vizko,x / p Saturn ST-EC8771 Ophelia we bought it at the Epicenter! We didn’t plan to buy it, we just came in to wonder (I still love it!), and then I wonder - such a product is so cheap! I spent time with the managers, because they got in, well, they know Such aggregates, the stench is even more satisfied, that vvazhayut, it’s not so overpaying. the top skorinka is not very good, like pagorbami (you can poke them in the photo)! I vvazhayu, well, through those, there are 2 mixers.
Valentina2m
Hello, dear owners of Saturns, just a couple of days ago I bought myself a Saturn 7773 Elara, I have a little difficulty, if anyone came across this, please help your fellow HP :) I baked it 7 times already, and the bread turned out to be normal only on Ultrafast modes , on others it does not work, it rises very cool and then the top falls, not so much, but still not pleasant and well, a very airy sandwich with it you can't make and even cut specials. the knife does not work, it crumbles terribly, so that it could be why such an effect?
Natusichka
Valentine! I, too, am not a very big specialist in baking, but I already have some experience, even prompted my neighbor correctly! So, after reading your message, I would say that: either you put a lot of yeast, or not enough flour. You will follow the kolobok, it should be soft, but not liquid. Try it and you will succeed!
Valentina2m
Thanks for the answer, I was following the kolobok like normal, probably the instructions include other yeast less active than the ones I use (Lviv highly active), now I'm baking, I added less yeast, and 2 tbsp. l. more flour, I'll see the result.
Valentina2m
I carefully read the instructions for the yeast: 100 gr. designed for 15 kg. flour, i.e. 500 gr. 3.33 gr. yeast is less than 1 tsp. and the instructions say 1.5 tsp. hence the problem with the fallen top. But now another joke, I added 1 tsp. at the beginning of the baking, the roof of his yeast was blown off, while he still bakes 20 minutes more!
VictoriaShov
Good afternoon, all Saturians! Please tell me the recipe for rye-wheat bread for our HP. I tried to do this:
bread "Darnitsky"
300ml water
1h l. Sahara
1h l. salt
2st. l. rast. oils
320gr. white flour
150gr. rye
1.5h l. yeast (I have dry Lviv)
Basic mode - 3 hours
The bread does not work, it does not rise as it should, then it blows the roof, then this very roof collapses. The yeast is okay - the white bread is great. Master class from Admin
I have carefully studied, watching the kolobok. It happened a few more times like this: everything rises normally, as soon as baking begins - the roof collapses. Maybe you need not the Basic mode, but some other? There is no rye bread regime in Saturns.
And another question is for those who know. How to use live (pressed) yeast in Saturn? I know that for 100g. flour you need 2g. yeast. But how do you use them? In Saturn, after all, the principle of laying food "flour in water", ie, first liquid, then flour. But what about compressed yeast diluted in water?
Valentina2m
Hi, he probably just needs a little longer mode in time, we have a 3:40 mode on Saturns Wheat bread, maybe you can try to bake this bread on it, then tell me, I'm not doing everything either

I throw compressed yeast into the bread maker, pour it with liquid, sometimes turn on the kneading for a minute to disperse, add butter, sugar, flour, and salt on top
Natusichka
Victoria! If I bake bread right away (not on the timer), then I usually dilute the yeast in liquid (warmed, slightly lukewarm water), and pour it into a bucket, and on top, as written in the instructions, flour with salt and sugar. And if I put it on a timer, then I crush the yeast into flour. And, thus, they come into contact with the liquid only from the beginning of the batch.
By the way, I try to separate salt and sugar in the liquid, and I do this so that salt and sugar do not scratch the bucket during the kneading process.
VictoriaShov
Good day, everyone! Thank you very much for your answers, finally I found "fellow tribesmen" on "Saturn",: drinks: otherwise it sometimes seemed to me that no one else had such a beast except me — solid Panasonic and Moulinex.
At the weekend I will definitely try with pressed yeast - it seems to me that in this case there is more "bread spirit". Valentine! I'll try my "Darnitskiy" on a different mode - maybe you're right, I'll write how I'll bake it. In general, yesterday I baked bread from our site. It is called "Galich". Either find this recipe on the website, or, if you want, I will write you a beer in the recipe, and cocoa. But ..... I did the batch in HP, and baked it in the oven. I came to the conclusion that in the oven the bread turns out to be more like this ... stable, or something. No, not even so, when baking in the oven, we have the opportunity to control the progress of the process more .. (Hmm, Vic, did you understand what you wrote yourself? :) In short, what I want to say ..... There is no regime "Rye bread", therefore, without experience, it is difficult to determine whether the process is proceeding correctly or not - in KP it is not visible. And when the bread is being prepared for baking in the oven, you can see what is happening with the dough - it's time to bake it or need to stand still .... I turned out very good bread "Galich". The only thing is, next time I will not put 2 liters of cocoa, but 1-bread turned out delicious, but very black, even for me.
VictoriaShov
Natusichka! if possible, write me a recipe for dumplings dumplings - and the mode you made in. "Dough"?
Natusichka
Vika! First - to me - to "you", please!
And I bake rye on the "French" program, I like it!
And I make dough for dumplings using the "dough" program, only I add flour not strictly according to the recipe, but depending on the flour.(You mean dough for dumplings with potatoes, cabbage, cottage cheese? And if for dumplings with cherries, then I make choux pastry) Almost always you have to put more flour so that the bun is elastic, after kneading it will "rest" and become very cool , elastic-elastic! It's a pleasure to work with such a dough! I always make the dough for 1.5 portions, and sometimes 2 times for 1.5! My appetites wow! Yes, and besides, I always make a lot of dumplings, and then they are in the freezer. When you need it, it's done! Moreover, we always make dumplings with my husband, and when the dotsya comes, then the dotsya does (I plow everyone). But the son categorically refuses to help, only absorbs them later.
Dough for dumplings (1 portion):
- 1 egg, the rest is water - 1 cup cotton
- salt - 1 tsp.
- flour - 360 gr (will need to be added)
VictoriaShov
So. wonderful, Natusechka, pasitki, boom to do with cabbage - I like this thing. Now questions are traditional. :) choux pastry for dumplings with cherries (available frozen with seeds and "in its own juice" without seeds) - how is it? if possible, in detail, for dummies. That was the question of Namba Wan. :) Now the question of namba chu: rye bread in the French mode, please, a recipe in the studio and why exactly French bread, because of the duration, or does the crust turn out to be some kind of special? And kids .... hmm .... probably all of them are the same: why do it yourself, if you have a mom? : DI spent the summer trying to persuade my beauty to make conservation, well, at least the simplest one ...... Ha! she has no time ..... she needs to save the world ..... But now, and what is delicious? .....
tulyok
Hello!!! take the new one. Yesterday I bought a st-ec7774 stourn, found a recipe based on sourdough with a detailed description: ".... after 3 hours I look inside, if the dough has risen enough, I start the" baking "mode for 1 hour and 20 minutes." to set it on the timer or how, in the instructions I can not find it anywhere. I start it works for 10 minutes and turns off.
Natusichka
Vika! Look dough for dumplings HERE... I also make from frozen cherries (I do not defrost them beforehand), I did it with or without pits.
I also make dough like this 🔗 (if it doesn't open, write, I'll reset the recipe). This I do in the post.

On the second question: I bake HERE IS THIS BREAD I like it, the only thing is, I don't cut it right away, but usually on the second day, then the taste is awesome and the dough doesn't reach for a knife. If necessary, I will give you a conversion of 400 grams of flour.

Make dumplings and baked breads WITH PLEASURE! There will be questions, I will answer. Try both recipes for dumplings and decide which one you prefer.
