Cook chicken meat, I took breasts and drumsticks, and carrots - cooked in a Multicooker for 2 hours. extinguishing on the program. Pour the semolina with cream (milk) to swell. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Separate meat from bones. Load everything except proteins into a blender and "hum" until smooth and smooth. Season with salt and season the resulting mass. Beat the proteins until fluffy, then combine with the meat mass, gently stirring with a spoon. The mass will turn out to be very airy.
Put everything in the Cartoon - bake on the "Pastry" program for 60 min. When ready, take out - let cool for 5-10 minutes. Turn golden brown up. Unfortunately, I did not have time to photograph this delicious food - the child and her husband had fun - they cut it in half in a moment, peeling off the fried crust
It turns out very tasty, tender, and most importantly, very simple
