Jelly lemon, orange and sour cream

Ingredients

Sour cream jelly
Sour cream 25% fat 250 g
Gelatin 20 g
Water 250 ml
Vanilla sugar 1 pack (8 g)
Sugar 0.5 stcn
Lemon jelly
Lemon 1 PC
Sugar 1 stkn
Gelatin 25 g
Water 4 stkn
Orange jelly
Orange 2 pcs
Sugar 0.5 stcn
Gelatin 25 g
Water 4 stkn

Cooking method

  • Sour cream jelly
  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add sugar and vanilla, cool slightly and slowly pour into sour cream. Stir well, strain, pour into molds and refrigerate. You can add steamed raisins or prunes to taste.
  • Lemon jelly
  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water (250 ml). Pour 600 g of water (3 cups) into a saucepan and add sugar. Boil the syrup and add the skin cut from the lemon and the dissolved gelatin there. While stirring, bring to a boil. Pour in the juice of 1 lemon. Strain, cool and pour into molds. Put in the cold.
  • Orange jelly
  • Prepare like lemon jelly, only use juice and skin with 2 oranges.
  • You can cook and serve each jelly separately, but I prefer to cook all three at once.
  • I take molds (bowls, tall glasses or low glasses) and pour 3 different jellies in layers so that the sour cream is the middle layer (I recommend doubling the portion of the sour cream jelly so that 3 layers are the same size). Before pouring the next layer, the previous one must be cooled in the refrigerator or freezer (if you want to speed up the process).

Everyone in our family is very fond of jelly. I try to make it myself from natural products, and not from bags, where there is one essence, dyes and flavors.
