Hello everyone !!! I have the same moulinex, my husband gave it not long ago, I baked it twice already, it turns out, but for some reason it is not white in my insides, although I put everything as in the recipe. And also tell me who buys what flour? and yeast? maybe this is the problem? please help with advice.

I bought the HP Moulinex 5020 the day before yesterday, and baked 2 breads, today I think I’ll make a dough for dumplings, the recipe is taken from the recipe book that was attached to the 14th program, and so half the ingredients, that is, 415g flour 120ml water 2 eggs and salt.
As a result, the mixers were turned for about 3 minutes, it looked very painful until the motor stopped, at first I thought such a program, but after waiting for 15 minutes, the program stopped. And so I tried other programs, too, without results, and so until I turned the shaft manually, and then it turned and started working! I put back the mold with an unmixed dough, the situation repeated itself - it turned several times and stopped, and so on, I turned it by hand, the motor started working.
In short, the conclusion is that the motor cannot rotate and stops, but there are half of the ingredients in there, and if it were poured into 1250g as in the recipe books, would it not rotate at all?
Dear experts, tell me what to do in such a situation, I don’t know whether to take HP back to the store, or it should be so!

I beg you to answer, otherwise I was completely lost!

IMHO, too cool dough!

Well, from the recipe! And what has someone already had?

Nightprince, flour comes in different moisture. Yours might have been too dry and needed more water. Read the topic about flour https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=5064.0 even this one.

There are also eggs in the recipe, so they also vary in size, hence there may also be a lack of liquid.

You should not consider the recipe as the ultimate truth, there are errors in many instructions, it is easier to believe your own eyes
please tell me, a friend bought a "Mulinex" bread machine, everything would be fine, only there are some incomprehensible proportions in the recipe book, for example, a recipe for one cupcake requires 450 (!!!!!!!!!!) TABLE spoons of sugar, what does this mean) ))

How do you get the mixers out of the dough then? I always stay there.
Gallka
And get them out at the end of the last kneading of the dough - lightly lift the dough with a silicone spatula and get our heroes out

By the way, yes ... Only it will be necessary to mark the time when it is the last stroke.

Hello experts! There was an electrolux oven, a year later the oil seal flew, the store returned the money ... today I bought a Moulinex OW 5024 bread maker-the liquid crystal display is not illuminated ... now it kneads white bread, as advised in the instructions ... but somehow everything creaks ... ...Strange !! So it should be, or have I stepped on a rake again?

Sorry for the offtopic, I asked this question in another thread, but it is clearly for this
Duplicate:
I bought the ow2000 stove yesterday, today I decided to bake some bread.
I tried to press the menu buttons to select a program for a French roll ... but failed, nothing reacted, the program is set by default on the first bread, medium roast, weight 1 kg ...
I did everything according to the recipe, fell asleep, now I'm waiting for the result.
But where is his button ???
How and when to switch menus to install the program?
And my indicators are off ... the program started at 3:18 and plows by itself ...
When to poke on the menu? Before the bucket with all the components is delivered or after ??
Sorry for the stupid question, but ... I did not understand this moment in the instructions.
I would be grateful for a simple step-by-step instruction from experienced comrades)
Thanks in advance.

Hello! I looked around the site, but did not find information on the microwave with the function of the moulinex cook n`bread mw700131. Nobody has come across such a unit. I want to try baking rye bread, there is no such thing in the recipe book. According to the site's recipes, I don't know how to do it, because the programs are different, the proportions are different. Please help me how to be. Thank you!

Should people buy it?

And I am in "disheveled" feelings ... I bought Moulinex 613E32 and it seems ... I was mistaken)))) Compared to my Panasonic SD-255, this one has the additional ability to bake baguettes ... AND EVERYTHING !!!! The rest is inferior in everything. But I went to the store with the firm intention to buy the same Panasonic? only a newer model, otherwise I have had it for many years, one side of the bread began to burn.
Cons of Moulinex 613E32:
- it works not only noisily, but RUMBLES like a tractor !!!
- There are absolutely no dough recipes (only two), one of them "for pasta" for 1.5 kg of dough !!! You can feed "the whole village" !!!
-and you can bake baguettes and rolls in a simple oven.
So you have to use both stoves. Panasonic will never be thrown away. Dough and bread recipes ... SEA!
Something like that!
Yours faithfully

Feel free to buy Panasonic, believe me .... WILL NOT RETURN !!! I have been baking bread since the distant 90s. And I got my first bread maker, Korean, they also have VERY good ovens. GOOD LUCK!
And Moulinex ... I didn't like the oven. It is not worth the money.

We recently purchased HB Mulinex Bread of the world. White bread turned out great the first time. I tried to bake bread kramik (rich bread with raisins) for 750 grams, The dough was kneaded badly, the loaf turned out to be a curve. It seems to be delicious, but something is not right ... What kind of Kramik should he be? There is very little milk according to the recipe from the book - only 2.5 tablespoons. spoons. It seems to me that this is not enough. On the Internet I looked at the recipe for the oven with my own hands, there is a whole glass for the same amount of flour. Maybe the reasons are in a small amount of milk? Tell me !!!
