Ingredients

pork tenderloin 600-700 gr
frozen cranberries 100 g
marinade:
honey 1 tablespoon
lemon juice 1 lemon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
adjika 1 tablespoon
mustard 1 tablespoon
salt taste
optional potatoes for garnish

Cooking method

  • In the pork tenderloin, make a groove with a sharp, thin knife, and fill it with frozen cranberries.
  • Then, for "fidelity", I wrapped the meat with thread.
  • Then we cook MARINAD. (we combine honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, adjika, mustard and salt)
  • Put the meat tenderloin stuffed with frozen cranberries into the baking sleeve, add the marinade and put in the refrigerator for a day.
  • Here I will allow myself a digression. The first time I cooked this meat, and put the meat in the refrigerator for 12 hours. IMHO seemed a little. The second time I survived the day and did not regret it !!!! The meat turned out to be marinated, tender.
  • After a day we get the meat. Preheat the oven, untie the baking sleeve on one side, pour out the marinade.
  • If desired, you can add sliced ​​potatoes to the sleeve.
  • We tie the sleeve.
  • Again a retreat - I tried to grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and dry dill before placing them in the sleeve. Tasty, but for my husband it seemed a little fat. I tried to grease potatoes with vegetable oil and seasonings - also delicious. Here already for an amateur
  • We put in a preheated oven for an hour. In mine, it was cooking exactly an hour at 200 degrees.
  • We get it about bursting !!!!! Sour-spicy meat, melts in the mouth.

Note

the recipe was taken in the community "housewives recipes" on li ru.
The marinade was left unchanged, the cranberries too. I changed the cooking technology and slightly "rolled it in" for myself.
