Potatoes Pushkin

Ingredients

Potatoes by the number of eaters
vegetable and butter oil for frying
salt taste
for sprinkling: flax seed 2 tbsp. lies.

Cooking method

  • Wash the potatoes, boil them in salted water until tender, but make sure not to boil. Cool, peel, cut into slices and fry in a mixture of vegetable and butter, at the end of cooking season with salt to taste.
  • For sprinkling: heat a dry frying pan, add 2 tbsp. lies. flax seeds, immediately cover and reduce the heat - shake from time to time, hear a characteristic crackle, remove from heat. Sprinkle over hot potatoes.

Note

The recipe for potatoes "Pushkin" itself does not provide for this topping with flax - this is my folk art.
