rosemary 1 bunch
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Take the most ordinary chicken, rub it with salt, in the aphedron - a few sprigs of rosemary, then the chicken in a baking bag - in the oven for 1 hour on convection mode. Then remove the bag, anoint with sour cream on top and tint on the grill mode for 10 minutes - this is for those who love a golden brown crust. Rosemary gives the chicken a very pleasant flavor.
