Dessert "Fruit in syrup"

Ingredients

Different fruits
(peach, nectarine, plum, apple, tangerine, apricot)
1 kg
Sugar 1/2 cup
or to taste
Water 1 glass
White wine - dry / semi-dry 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • I put the fruits in a saucepan (preferably with a thick bottom), pour water, add sugar, turn on a small fire and cook the fruit for 7-10 minutes so that it boils slightly.
  • Then I add dry wine, cook for another 5-7 minutes over low heat. I turn off the heat and keep it under the lid a little more. Taste and adjust additives.
  • I put it in a bowl, cool it to cold, put it in the refrigerator.

Well, a very pleasant dessert in hot weather !!!
A great dessert option for every day and for a festive table, especially when served cold. Can serve as an addition to ice cream!
