Turkey cutlets

Ingredients

Turkey fillet 1 kg
Bulb onions 1 medium piece
Butter 70-100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Thick cream 100-120 ml
Fresh bread (you can also with a crust) 2 pieces
Salt, spices, some fresh dill
Flour for rolling cutlets
Frying oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Turkey meat, onion, butter mince. I ground it in a blender, not very finely, only small pieces remain.
  • Place the minced meat in a bowl.
  • Add cream, eggs, salt, spices, finely chopped dill to the minced meat.
  • Mix well. Add ground (like crackers) fresh bread in a blender until finely crumbled.
  • Stir again, taste, salt.
  • If the minced meat is thin, add some more bread crumbs.
  • If the minced meat is dry, add a little cream.
  • Form cutlets from minced meat, fry in a hot pan until cooked on both sides.

The result - well, very tasty !!! Juicy, soft, white cutlets inside!

Lena, if you wish, you can do everything, including freezing. But, for many, this method is not for an amateur, since raw onions give an unpleasant taste and smell, and the structure of the minced meat changes. This has already been discussed on the forum

People prefer to freeze already fried cutlets.

And I just freeze only minced meat, then defrost it in the refrigerator with slow defrosting. And already from it I quickly prepare minced meatballs and fry the cutlets - hot and fresh cutlets are always tastier
