Ingredients

Eggplant, zucchini 1 pc.
Small tomatoes 5-6 pcs.
Champignon 10 pieces.

Garlic 1 head

Flour for frying
Salt, pepper, spices

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplant, zucchini into circles, add salt, then roll in flour and fry until golden brown in a hot pan.
  • Cut the tomatoes into circles, season with salt, then roll in flour and fry until light crust in a hot frying pan.
  • It is easy to fry the mushrooms in the same oil as the vegetables before, but add vinegar, sugar, spices to them a little to taste.
