Ingredients

Rolls:
Puff pastry packaging
Minced meat (chicken) 300 g
Egg 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
For the sauce:
Fresh champignons 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Cream 10% 200 ml
Starch 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste
Water

Cooking method

  • Cooking minced meat, mix minced meat, egg, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper.
  • Add about 50 ml. water to make the minced meat liquid.
  • Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm, spread the minced meat evenly, roll the dough into a roll, put it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut the roll into slices 4-5 cm wide, spread on a baking sheet with a spiral / cut up. Lubricate with a beaten egg, bake in the oven at 180 * C for about 25 minutes.
  • I baked in an airfryer - also at 180 * C, 25 minutes.

  • Now we are preparing the sauce.
  • Cut the mushrooms into 1/4 pieces, put them in a hot frying pan (1 tablespoon oil), add the onion, salt and pepper.
  • Fry until the liquid boils out for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Dilute the starch in cold cream, pour the whole mixture to the mushrooms, mix, heat for 2-3 minutes until smooth, taste.

  • Put the rolls on a plate, add the mushroom sauce.

  • Served to eat, bon appetit!

Today I will repeat this recipe, only I will not add an egg to the minced meat, but add grated cheese on top of these roses. Yes, and I think mushroom sauce for such a dish is really superfluous here.
