Ingredients

Lemon juice 1 PC.
Butter 60 g
Powdered sugar 90 g
Egg 1 PC.
Output 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Put the butter in a milk cooker (water bath), wait for the butter to melt.
  • Add powdered sugar, lemon juice - mix constantly until the components of the mixture are completely dissolved.
  • Beat the egg into a dense foam.
  • Put the egg in the oil mixture, stir, and wait until the mixture thickens and slides off the spoon.
