Braised fish fines (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Small fish - different, already peeled 1 kg
Salt, pepper, fish spices
Rast. oil
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • We clean the fish from the head, tails, entrails. If there is caviar in the fish, leave it, rinse it.
  • Wash the fish, free it from water, the fish must be dry. Salt the fish to taste and give it a little salt.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan, quickly fry the fish. The fish is small, fried very quickly, no more than 1 minute, less.
  • We shift the fish to the multicooker. Sprinkle each layer with spices for fish, ground white pepper, add vegetable oil on top, a little lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l, put the bay leaf. If there is a lot of vegetable oil, then lemon juice should also be increased.
  • You need to add oil according to your own taste - more or less, you can even cover the fish completely with oil. Lemon juice neutralizes fish oil and mouthfeel, making the fish taste good.
  • I spread the fish caviar on top, spread it with a pancake, add it, pepper it a little.
  • Do everything to your taste.
  • We set the Extinguishing mode for 1.5-2 hours. It is not worth stewing more in time, the fish is small and so falls apart. As a result, the bones will be very soft.

Note

I had a mix of fish fines - capelin and herring about 12-15 cm long.
The biggest drawback of this fish: there are too few fish, it is eaten quickly.
