Raw potato salad

Ingredients

Recipe according to the original recipe:
Fresh, raw potatoes 6 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 2 cloves
Ground hot pepper taste
Vegetable oil for frying onions 1 tbsp. l.
Sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • My revision of the dish:
  • For the sample I took the following products:
  • Fresh, raw potatoes - 1 medium piece
  • Onions - 1 \ 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Hot red pepper - 1 \ 3 tsp. (taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l for frying
  • Sesame oil - 1.5 tbsp. l
  • White sesame seeds - 1 tsp

  • Preparation:
  • First, we do the gas station.
  • Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put onion strips and bring it to transparency.
  • Remove the pan from heat, add garlic (through a press), pepper, salt, sesame seeds, mix and leave to infuse.

  • Cooking potatoes:
  • We put water and bring it to a boil, add salt.
  • Cut raw potatoes "in Korean", into thin strips.
  • We wash the potato straws with cold water, and immediately put them in boiling water for exactly 1 minute. Stir gently from time to time so as not to damage the straw.
  • Now quickly transfer the straws into a colander and under cold water, rinse and then let the water drain.

  • Now we collect the salad.
  • Mix the onion dressing and potato straws together. Season with more salt and pepper to taste and season with sesame oil. We taste it.

  • If you choose the original recipe, then add soy sauce along with the sesame oil.
  • It makes a delicious crispy salad. I also added green onions to the prepared salad.
  • Everything, food is served!

True, I slightly changed the recipe for myself, for those products that I prefer more. But the changes I made are minor.
What the salad tastes like - I can't say. You need to try it yourself! But not nasty!

If you want to surprise your family and friends - make this salad! They will be surprised - that's for sure!

According to my recipe, the salad turned out to be exactly 2 servings (you can also do one). The salad was successfully eaten - there were no consequences

I decided for myself that I will cook such a salad in the future - quickly and tasty!

This salad is really prepared by Koreans and they call it "Kamdicha". When I cook it, I stew the onion in oil along with finely chopped meat. And I also add greens. Delicious salad !!!

I added soy sauce and a little vinegar. Everything else is prescription. Sesame oil, as always, gave the salad an Asian flavor. I will continue to cook it with pleasure, because this is my topic! Spiromat did not disappoint this time either. It was awesome.
