Tongue salad

Ingredients

Pork tongue 1-2 pcs.
Eggs (I used 10 quail pieces) 3 pcs.
Champignon 200 g
Sour apple 1 PC.
Onions, preferably salad soft 1 PC.
Korean carrots 100 g
Fresh dill to sprinkle on top Little
For refueling:
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream to taste.
I used mushroom marinade for dressing

Cooking method

  • Cut the tongue (ham) into strips.
  • Boil the eggs.
  • Used pickled mushrooms, homemade, whole or can be cut into pieces.
  • Cut the apple into strips or pieces.
  • Cut the onion into strips and marinate in vinegar (aromatic) for 5-7 minutes.
  • We put all the processed foods in a salad bowl, season with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, sprinkle with fresh dill on top.
  • I used pickled homemade mushrooms in the salad, and seasoned the salad with mushroom marinade - it turned out very well!

Note

For such a salad, they are suitable as a boiled (baked) tongue, as well as homemade ham.
The quality of the meat is necessary so that it does not disintegrate when cutting, and is cut neatly into thin strips.
In this salad I used Korean carrots (I bought them all the same while I was walking around the city)

Thank you, Admin, apparently in this recipe, pickled products, in particular mushrooms and Korean carrots, give the tongue (ham) spice. And I did for the holidays with the usual composition: fried mushrooms, eggs, Chinese cabbage, corn and boiled pork tongue, seasoned with mayonnaise - so the salad turned out to be tasteless, it obviously lacked spice

Wow! Maybe you really need spice, because the tongue tastes fresh, and the mushrooms are also fried
