Ingredients

Dry white semi-sweet wine

Sugar 200-300 g

Cooking method

  • I will describe the process as I did myself.
  • Pour the wine into a saucepan, add sugar (determine the amount to taste), let the sugar dissolve over the fire.

  • Add fresh apricots, stir gently in wine, simmer a little over low heat and simmer for 7-10 minutes until soft, but do not boil them.

  • Put ready-made apricots without damaging them on a dish, other utensils and let them cool.

  • Boil the remaining syrup for another 10 minutes, cool and pour over the apricots.
  • These are the apricots. I'm waiting for a week, if everything is fine, I'll make a few more jars.

According to the recipe, these apricots should be served with ice cream.
We persuaded them with tea, it was also good.

The taste of fruit is spicy, the wine is felt in taste and smell. Such fruits can be used for decorating pastry shops, cakes. The resulting leftover syrup is also tasty and can be used to saturate baked goods.
Suddenly the thought arose to close a jar of such apricots under the lid for the winter - what would happen?

I would not even hesitate to present such a jar as a gift, decorating it externally. I did not expect such an effect.
