Cooking method

  • It is better not to fully thaw frozen halibut (it is easier to work) - peel, cut into portions, salt, add spices, pour in and mix well with sour cream or other fermented milk product. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Then prepare the ice cream - stir 2 eggs with milk or cream, first coat the fish in flour, then in a ice cream, then again in flour or bread crumbs. Fry quickly in a hot frying pan until golden brown, transfer to a baking sheet from the microwave, put thin plastics of cheese on top of the fish, put in the microwave on convection + MV for 10 minutes, T 200, MV 70%.

It goes on sale smoked, dried, salted, freshly frozen, in the form of canned food. It is fried, baked, stewed; salads, cold snacks, pie fillings are made from it. Halibut meat crumbles during processing, therefore it is recommended to fry it at a high temperature, after dipping it into batter.
