Ingredients

Lean white fish, squid, shrimp.

Cooking method

  • I chop the onion, pepper, tomato, crush a couple of garlic cloves - simmer everything in vegetable oil.
  • Add fish (cut into strips, as in the basics), squid rings, shrimps, salt, spices, white pepper - quickly fry everything with vegetables
  • Add cream, herbs - simmer until tender, and to evaporate a little cream and the dish has acquired a taste.
  • Everything is done quickly so that shrimp and squid do not become tough from hot processing.
  • Put pasta (pasta) on a plate, pour over the resulting sauce with fish.

Note

The sauce is so delicious that you can scoop it with a spoon.
I usually cook this dish in a slow cooker - it turns out very quickly.
Like a lifesaver when you really want to eat!
