Beer
Dried apricots
Blue cheese
Salt, spices

Cooking method

  • Pork loin on bone (you can also marinate fillet) in beer for a day, turn it over a couple of times in between.
  • Make deep cuts in the meat and put dried apricots stuffed with cheese with mold in them (you can also use the usual ones), tie them with a cord so that the cuts do not disperse.
  • Fry the meat in a slow cooker on all sides in the baking mode, add salt, sprinkle with spices on all sides and leave in the Stew mode for 2 hours. Flip once.
  • It can be served immediately as a hot dish with a side dish, or you can let it cool to cold in a slow cooker and cut into thin slices on sandwiches.
