Lentil cutlets

Ingredients

Lentils red (dry) 100 g
Tomatoes (took from the freezer) 400 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Raisins (I took black raisins) 1 handful
Fresh parsley 1 \ 2 bundles
Lemon (squeeze juice) 1 \ 2 pcs.
Bean spice or curry powder 1 tsp
Salt pepper
Flour into a ready mass for communication 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop the tomatoes finely. Finely chop the onion.
  • Fold the vegetables into a multicooker pan, add lentils, spices, salt, 2-3 tbsp. l. water and cook for 20 minutes. Baking mode
  • Add raisins, lemon juice, chopped parsley, check for salt. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take care not to burn.
  • Cool the mass.
  • Add 1 tbsp. l. flour to bond the mass.
  • Stir gently so as not to damage the integrity of the lentils.
  • Form cutlets, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until tender. It turns out 4 cutlets normal in size.
