Ingredients

Vegetables:
Fresh - tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkin,
onions, celery root or stem,
apples, grapes and others at will.
Frozen - cauliflower, broccoli,
green beans, green peas,
peaches, cranberries, sweet peppers
and others at will.
Water 1 l
Granulated sugar 1 glass
Sunflower oil 0.5-1 glass,
depends on your taste
Vinegar 1 glass
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Peppercorns
A mixture of spices and herbs for salting vegetables
(in the presence of).

Cooking method

  • In this recipe I used the following vegetables, fruits and berries:

  • cauliflower, broccoli, green beans - frozen (bought in a store),
  • chopped sweet peppers, chopped peaches, cranberries - frozen from our own stocks from the freezer,
  • tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, thick stalks celery - fresh from the store.

  • Marinade filling (calculation for 1 liter of water)
  • In the summer, I specially prepare such a mixture of herbs in an electric dryer, which includes: leaf horseradish, pickling dill umbrellas, currant leaves, cherries, horseradish chopped root, etc.

  • If this mixture is not available, you can buy it in sachets at the store.
  • But if this is not at hand, you can do without it.

  • Preparation:

  • Put a mixture of spices at the bottom of the pan.
  • We put all vegetables, berries, fruits on top. Moreover, we do not defrost frozen vegetables and fruits, we lay them in ice cream, so as not to lose their appearance and color.
  • The amount depends on your desire and the dishes, I make in a 2 liter saucepan.

  • We make the marinade filling in the amount necessary to cover the vegetables in the pan. I got 750 ml fill.
  • Increase the amount of salt, if necessary, focus on the taste of the marinade.

  • Pour the vegetables in a saucepan with marinade pouring, mix a little and leave alone. At first it seems that there is not enough pouring, but as the vegetables thaw, they will give out their juice, everything will be covered with its own juice.

  • The salad is very similar in taste to that salad from a jar called "non-female".
  • The beauty of this salad is that you can make a small amount of it, literally for a few days.
  • The cucumbers are soft but crisp in taste!

Nadia, pour boiling, hot marinade. Since all the vegetables are from the freezer, you do not need to defrost them (so as not to flow and lose their appearance), and the hot marinade will quickly penetrate into the marinade, defrost the vegetables and salt them.
Cold pickle cannot achieve this
