Vegetable soup with meat broth. (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Bone meat 300 g
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrot 2 pcs
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pc
White cabbage 200 g
Green beans (frozen) 100-150gr
Greens (parsley, dill, onion - frozen) 1 st. l
Garlic 1 tooth.
Salt pepper taste
Celery stalks for broth
Tomatoes 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Put a piece of meat with a bone in a saucepan, add water (depending on the food), add peeled carrots, onions, and a celery stalk. Switch on the Chicken Broth program. At the end of the program, remove carrots, onions, celery stalks from the broth. Put carrots, peppers, beans, tomatoes (these vegetables were frozen), diced onions and potatoes in the broth, chop the cabbage. Close the lid and start the Multipovar program for 4 min. 120 C. After finishing cooking, add herbs and a clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes on heating.
  • The soup turned out to be very light, even though it is in meat broth. Bon Appetit.
