Hello everybody! I am an absolute beginner, who does not even have a bread machine yet, but only choosing. I really liked the design of the Severin BM3986 stove, it seems that it suits me perfectly in terms of functions (everything you need is available plus the price is "beautiful") But there are practically no reviews for this manufacturer. Respond, who has experience of communicating with Severin, what are the pros and cons, that you noticed bad / low quality, is it worth paying attention to more familiar Brands like Panasonic or LG? Thanks in advance, I will very much wait for answers

Well! Despite the fact that none of the owners of HP Severin responded, after much doubts and deliberations and even after a false order of HP Elenberger in Eldorado - I became the happy owner of the Severin 3986 stove !!!! I went with a light heart to Auchan, bought it, barely carried it home and ... immediately made my first bread!
I must say right away that I am satisfied! Of course, not without annoying little things, but I'm happy, but overall, it's just super!
The little things are as follows:
1.there is no recipe book, but only a few things of recipes are written at the end of the instruction, but I do not perceive this as a problem, but as an incentive to action, several recipes from the site have already been tried, including carrot bread from Lola and corn bread from Marishka - the result awesome!
2. the instructions have an advice to take out the dough mixers after the last kneading before the final approach of the test - it's inconvenient, because you can't leave the house, you have to watch this very last churn. I tried not to take out the stirrers, well, like, they themselves will pop out with a loaf - a fig !!! Deadly stuck and did not release bread too! I was worn out, taking out my work, and as a result I scratched the bucket with a spatula in a couple of places (fortunately, until the dough still sticks to the rubbing!

And no more flaws were found! Anyone interested in this stove - I recommend it!
I am pleased to join the ranks of bakers!
Good luck to all!

Welcome! Join us with pleasure! And there are enough recipes here Adapted to almost any stove
Gypsy
Congratulations! You need to buy a spatula rubber, in extreme cases, wooden. Teflon is Teflon.
Lelya
Thanks for the kind words both Celestine and the Gypsy !!! There are really enough recipes, just have time to do it !!! And with a spatula, I was buying Teflon, especially for Tefal pans, but it turned out that it was too tough for a HP bucket. We need, apparently, only rubber. Now looking for ....
Delicious bread to everyone!

I also bought Severin a bread maker, tomorrow they should bring it to me. How does it work for you? no complaints?)))
Lelya
Congratulations on your purchase! I did not have any complaints about my stove, except for those 2 discovered in the very first days of use. but there was catastrophically little free time, so I didn’t try new recipes, I bake mostly corn (insanely airy and crispy) and bread for tea (sometimes with raisins, sometimes with dried apricots) - and that's it! Good luck and delicious bread!
Liang
Lelya, yes, today I will try to bake in her))) What I like about her - the bread pan is elongated, the roll, in theory, should be classic)))

Could you answer my question - is it possible to knead dough for dumplings in this oven?

Liang
Well, I suspect so, but I'm not entirely sure. It has 2 scoops - should knead any dough in my opinion
Rita
Liang
thanks for the answer!
have you already tried it? Are you satisfied?
Is it a good bread?
Liang
I honestly say - have not yet got used to it.I have a feeling that the bread is overdried, but it may well be that my personal feelings. I'm suffering with Easter cake - I don't know which recipe to choose in order to knead the dough in it, and then into the oven
Rita
Liang
thank you for the honest answer.
Does the dough knead well?
Liang
kneads the dough very well, there is nothing to complain about
Rita
Have you asked other users why the bread comes out dry? And how can this be avoided?
Liang
Well, I have already tried different versions of recipes, I suspect that the temperature regime is high, or it bakes a little longer than necessary. The stove is good, but you need to get used to it

For this price point - a great oven. I have been using it for 1.5 years - I just fell in love. I cook both according to recipes from the instructions and from the site. She made bread, porridge, potatoes, and jam.
The baking result is highly dependent on the ambient conditions, especially the temperature. Now over 30, so bread and dough fit very well. There were even attempts to escape, despite the fact that I am doing at 750, not 1000.
If the additives are reported after the sound signal, as expected, then it does not always mix, so it is better to put everything at once.

My friend wants to buy HP Severin, and I'm trying to dissuade her from making this purchase, because when I examined it in the store, I came to the conclusion:
1. On the program, separate baked goods, maximum and minimum time - 60 minutes. That is, if you need to bake for 50 minutes, then you need to watch the time, and then forcibly turn off the HP. And if it takes more than an hour, how? Re-enable baking for an hour, bake for 10-15 minutes and then forcibly turn it off again? And if you turn on the baking again, does the HP turn on or does it take time for it to cool down?
2. Time for baking bread on the main program - 60 minutes. If you take my HP Panasonic, then in mine it is 45-50 minutes, despite the fact that Panasonic's bucket is much thicker, that is, it also needs to be warmed up more. It turns out that Severin has a lower baking temperature, but baked goods can dry out during baking. I was wrong?
And once again about the bucket: In Panasonic the bucket is thick and heavy, its weight is 700g, but in Severin it seemed to me thin and light, how is it in operation?
The price of this HP is 470 UAH.
Maybe I'm wrong and am obsessed with my Panasonic?
ok sana
The stove is wonderful! To simplify the removal of the "stirrers" from the ready-made bread, try to take out the prepared bread in the form of the KhP and leave it under a towel for 10 minutes, then turn slightly left-right under the mixer shape and shake out the tenderly finished bread. Caution! Do not burn yourself, the mold remains very hot.

I have been using severin for 2 years already, in general I am satisfied, I only bake white bread, very simple - water, flour, salt, sugar and yeast - I really like it, now I am looking at how to bake rye with sourdough, I want to bake it. True, I was still baking a cake, so everything is fine. The only drawback manifested itself in a year - the agitators jump off during kneading, you have to be sophisticated. And I do not pull out the stirrers, after baking, with a wooden spatula from all sides, I pry them from the bottom, then turn the mold over and hit the table (one or more times) and the bread pops out. Good luck to all

So I tried my bread maker, although I measured the flour according to the recipe with a measuring cup. Everything was baked perfectly, the side crusts are not hard, the bread was perfectly removed from the mixers, the crumb was pleasantly spongy, I was baking a small loaf, you just have to remember to level it after the kneading. It turned out with a slight hump, but did not crack.
